This is our 11-year summer at this place. Wonderful atmosphere and delicious food.
The staff is accommodating and very friendly. I definitely will be back again next year!

The staff were wonderful and we really appreciated and enjoyed our stay, the one big suggestion is the resort really needs to up the cocktail mixes, I ordered a mojito and it was made with a neon green syrupy stuff, it was pretty nasty. Next I ordered a Cuba libre, there were no limes, just lemon and I suspect the neon green stuff was used again because I couldnt drink it. Its a shame that such a lovely resort with wonderful staff, takes such a fail for something so easily fixed.

Our 11-year in a row at this wonder Great staff, immaculately clean and very delicious food!
The only downside is the entertainment of the animation team, which could have been more involving.

We stayed for a week and we were amazed with how clean it was. Food was great too, drinks could improve a little bit and entertainment, but overall fantastic.

Izolarea fonica dintre camere lipsește cu desăvârșire. Nu am remarcat sa se fi schimbat lenjeria în 6 nopți. Deși este specificat accesul la o plaja privata, aceasta este mult prea mica pentru numărul de turiști existent în cele doua hoteluri ale resortului. Plaja și apa pline de alge, era necesar sa te trezești lap 6 dimineața pentru a prinde un șezlong liber. Personalul care se ocupa de plaja agresiv verbal și lipsit de bun simt. Mâncarea suficienta, variata. Ce a fost ciudat, dar nu știu dacă se datorează hotelului a fost faptul ca 3 din cei 4 copii din grupul alături de care am fost au plecat cu probleme digestive.

Very nice and clean hotel. Swimming pools cold but nice, refreshening and clean. All stuff so polite, you couldnt wish for more. All are smiling, ready for help. I was with children (10, 13 and 21 :D ) and at the beggining a little afraid of their safety, but at the end, everybody knew them and I didnt have to bother if they can be lost( they are very independent at me...) The restaurant workers were very helpfull, smiling, ready to assist. Food - very good, every day different fish, choice of meat. What could to be improved - the sweets table, I love cakes, pies, but I didnt find it good for my taste ( may be it was just me :). Animation team - we all loved them - Stefan, Yori, Teodora does all the best to be us happy all day.

Having stayed in the hotel for more than a week, me and my family had nothing to complain about - the hotel is beautifully located, its architecture is remarkably different from the other hotels around and gives the place a truly romantic and fairy-tale like look. The service was very good. A separate thank you goes to the restaurants in the hotel, which served amazingly delicious food!! We were especially impressed by the choice of fruits,vegetables, salads and dressings, although the hot meals were great and various too=)
Overall, would highly recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to get an authentic Bulgarian experience!

Arrived at hotel and check in was quick even though it was very early in the morning and there were a few other people checking in too. Reception staff seemed to speak both German and English well.
Room was very clean. Really decent size - twin beds, sofa, tv, coffee table, dressing table, and bathroom had great shower over the bath (and removable fixture so you could wash your hair over the bath if you prefer not to do it in the shower!). Decent sized balcony with table and two chairs and we were really pleased we got a sea view as it really was a great view. (plus the sun stayed with us until about 5.30 - 6pm)
Maids did rooms every day (towel change was optional) and they were very flexible about when they did it which was great.
Breakfast buffet was 7.00 - 10.30 and there was lots of choice - cooked stuff, cereal, fruit and continental. You could sit anywhere - even outside.
Dinner was in two sittings (we had the later 8 - 9.30) and you were given a table on your first night which you had for the whole trip. Choice was vast - meat, salads, pasta, pizza which they did their best to change each night although some things were a staple. Then cakes, ice cream and fruit, and cheese and biscuits.
Drinks in the hotel were the most expensive we came across in the whole resort but we didn't venture into other 5 star hotels to see what their prices were like which we bet are the same! Bars were charging anything from about 45p for a half litre of local lager to Ŗ1.50. Average was about 2 levs - approx Ŗ1. On cocktails it's happy hour all day long - so you get two drinks but they are twice the price - still only about 7 levs (Ŗ3.50) for two.
The pool area is dominated by the large ornamental dome!!!! A tourist attraction it seems. Plenty of sun beds but we were there in Sept so wondered if you would struggle in peak season.
The hotel bar and outside seating area were nice enough - and quiet too (They did have a screen showing football and also put on entertainment most nights). The older people seemed to like to stay there whilst the younger people ventured into the main Sunny Beach area which is loaded with bars.
The hotel is situated at the quiet end of a massive stretch - ideal as you could easily walk to the main area in 5-10 minutes. That's not to say it's isolated just at the quiet end of town.
There was a spa (i only had a pedicure though it seemed very nice) and the indoor pool although quite small was very nice and had a whirlpool bath area) My boyfriend used the weights and rowing machine and although basic said they were good.

Loved our stay here - definitely the best hotel in Sunny Beach! Hotel itself is excellent and well presented with a relaxed atmosphere, we had spacious modern room with amasing views over pool & beach .. the restaurant offers good food with a wide choice .. pool area is absolutely stunning!
Found some of the staff to be very rude on occasions but they warmed up after a while .. and as another review mentions the constant stream of people coming in to have their photo taken next to the water feature does get annoying when you're trying to relax by the pool and you are a paying guest!
