abia astazi m-am intors de la acest mirific hotel. pot sa spun ca mi-am facut sejurul praf in cele 8 zile de sedere.sper sa nu plictisesc pe nimeni dar nu pot sa nu postez pe toate site-urile ceea ce se intampla acolo. in primul rand personalul este deplorabil. 1. salvamarul este de o nesimtire cum nu am mai intalnit, adica: iti arunca prosoapele pe jos, se ia de tine daca nu ii convine ceva, trece si iti darama umbrele iar apoi se intoarce si rade de tine cand ai umbrele in fata, pentru a se purta frumos trebuie sa ii dai spaga. 2. barmanii: sunt imputiti cum nici un om amarat care nu are apa curenta si se spala la copaie este mai curat ca ei, te servesc in scarba si stai cu orele la coada ca sa te serveasca cu un pahar cu suc (american cola ca nu este cola in nici un caz) si te lasa sa astepti pentru ca ei glumesc si rad cu spatele la tine, iar cand fac asta se scarpina in fund sau stau cu picioarele negre pe butoaiele cu bautura sau cu prosopul cu care sterg barul se sterg de fata cu clientul in cap.3. sala de mese: aici este o intreaga aventura - nu ai sare - nu exista carne decat ceva tocat care miroase si are un gust ingrozitor ( noi a trebuit sa facem 20 de romani scandal ca sa mancam o bucata de carne) nu sunt pretentioasa dar aceea nu este mancare sunt laturi (hamsiile erau lux) 2 zile nu am maincat decat salate dar cand ne-a lovit foamea mancam cartofi prajiti cu orez si sos (de la care ne-am stricat la stomac) iar una dintre garnituri era ceapa prajita - farfuriile sunt sub orice critica de murdare cautam in teanc luam farfurie cu farfurie sa nimeresc una mai de doamne ajuta- la bucatarie este o mizerie de nedescris 4 camera: aici doar aranjeaza paturile si schimba scrumiera si in 8 zile 1 data a schimbat asternuturile (cele care erau cand am ajuns in prima zi erau patate cam peste tot) pe jos nu aspira sub nicio forma si am facut prostia sa merg desculta fara sa imi dau seama si am luat o ciuperca iar acum ma tratez, toaleta nu o spala decat la misto cu mopul pe jos si cam atat. 5 balconul : daca ai ghinionul sa ai niste betivi deasupra (cum e tot hotelul plin de asa ceva) trebuie sa iti pui prosoapele la uscat in camera pentru ca eu m-am trezit cu prosopul, o bluza, masa si un scaun din balcon plin de voma, cu toate acestea am incercat cu sila sa sterg cat am putut am dezinfectat cu spirt dar pe jos am aruncat o galeata cu apa si niste dero. in conditiile in care femeile de servici trebuiau sa faca curat nici macar cu mopul nu au dat si 3 zile am stat cu voma in balcon. 6. intre orele 10:30-12:00 si 15:00-17:00 se serveste inghetata aceasta este foarte buna nu am nimic de comentat dar este pusa cu lingura de supa pe cornet nu au nici macar lingura de inghetata. singurele cuvinte de lauda le pot adauga barmanilor de la barul din piscina (care apropo nu sunt angajatii hotelului barul este concesionat unor oameni super) se poarta exemplar fata de acei retardati fac niste cocteiluri delicioase si vorbesc super frumos si zambesc tot timpul. daca ati citit ceea ce am scris eu trebuie sa trage-ti o concluzie evidenta. NU MINT CU ABSOLUT NIMIC. am chemat pana si reprezentantul christian tour la hotel dar nu a vrut sa ne dea nr de la protectia consumatorului asa ca multa bafta.

hotel dirty nobody cleaned tables after eating followed people in and no clean table cloths just took plates away not all inclusive only 1 bar available not round pool u bhad to pay chipped crockery plastic glasses just totally rubbish dont go there

i have just come back from being in this hotel WARNING DO NOT GO HERE THERE WERE PEOPLE BEING ROBBED EVERY NIGHT, AND THE FOOD WAS DIABOLICAL IT WAS ALSO THE SAME FOOD ALL OF THE TIME, I WENT ALL INCLUSIVE AND I WENT OUT FOR MEAL INSTEAD OF HAVING THEM AT THE HOTEL, THE HOTEL CLEANERS WERE STAELING PEOPLES POSSESIONS SO KEEP ALL OF YOUR BELONGING LOCKED AWAY. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

just come back from my holiday, if u want the truth then here goes.went all inclusive food is shocking it the same crap all the time we heared it was bad but didnt think it wud be as bad as it was.my husband can eat anyhthing and even he couldnt eat it.everyone was complaining.rooms was ok we had a family room thank god cos the th normal rooms was tiny.but a part from that entertainment was excllantant was the kids club kept the kids entertained just got a bit on ur nerves during the day trying to get u to join in with the games,pool was great clean and a good size kids pool.had a good time met loads of nice people just the food letting it down and alot of thieving went on nothing taken from us we kept everything wiv us cos even the safes was getting dune so we heared.bulgaria is a nice place was supprised how big it was.we will go back to sunny beach but not all inclusine

The hotel does not have air conditioning, the food rubbish, we ate out after one day in the hotel, hire of safe very expensive, same for a fridge or a fan.There were a few rooms broken into during our stay, doors banging all night, summarise .. the worst all inclusive package we have ever done. We will not use this hotel again! Poor advert for Bulgaria.

i have just got back off my holiday to pomorie hotel, and i would just like to say ignore all of these comments that people have wriiten. the hotel is great, very clean and tidy. the staff are lovely and very polite the food is ok but wether you have to eat out or not it doesn't matter as it is really cheap anyway!!!! i had a fab holiday and would definately return there agen!!!

Hotel pomorie did its first year of all inclusive this year, and after paying so much for this hotel i am highly disapointed. The afternoon and evening foods leave much room for improvement, the majority of people we met going out to eat instead after paying for all their meals to be included. Myself and 2 members of my party had food poisoning from the meat being uncooked. The chicken still pink!Staff have no control over the vistors at thir hotel leaving kids screaming and drunks running up and down corridors banging doors. we did not sleep much the 2 weeks we spent there. The pool was nice but if you are an elderly age you will not enjoy this hotel due to excess noise until ridiculous hours. Bulgaria is a buetifull place, just avoid this hotel. We were informed that either this hotel needs to fund a major refurbisment as it is 1 of the oldest in the area, or it will be set for demolition. After paying for all inclusive some Ł800 pound each, we were then also informed that we can only get free drinks from 1 bar in this hotel.inside main lobby area. Free drinks here don't even start until 11am. Even the Pool bar you have to pay for. This is very inconvenient if you are out at pool or even on the highest floors of this hotel, and even then you have to queue for a while just to get your drinks because everyone is there. i loved Bulgaria but im so relieved to be home.DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU PLAN TO EAT OUT EVERYMEAL AND GET DRUNK EVERYNIGHT TO DROWN OUT THE NOISE. BE PREPARED FOR ANY ILLNESS YOU MAY GET FROM FOODS TOO.!!

This hotel is rubbish. Do not go to it, the staff are very rude and ignorant. the food was appauling. We were all inclusive yet we had to go else where and pay for all our meals as the meat was still pink and the food they put on is rubbish. There where numerous bars in the complex but only one where you could get served which meant long queues all night As for the place its self there is nothing to do if you have children as it has night clubs but that is it.
Overall this has to be the worst holiday we have ever had and all 14 of us agreed.

only one all inclusive bar, most bar staff are a waste of space,all drinks in plastic cups the only time you get a glass is when you have to pay for your drinks before 1100 or after 2300 hours.you can stand for ten minutes in a queue for your two drinks per person unless of course your a german national female then you can have as many as you like ,you can have as many cocktails as you want ,as long as you pay for them including non alcoholic. The food in the hotel is disgusting as are the dirty plates which are mostly chipped . the only saving grace is the pool and the animation staff who are very good. And far from being snobby as commented by susan .I object to paying hard earned cash to be degraded having been in the resort twice before at the riu hotels Evrika & helios palace ,which are truly all inclusive including cocktails, all guest including children can help themselves to soft drinks/tea /coffee/water/hot chocolate from the machines round the pool bar if you want a truly all inclusive expierience with happy smiling staff, dont go to the pomorie you will be so dissapointed .go to the riu hotels.

been 2 hotel pomorie twice and going back again in sept 2008,can,t wait pool is excellent there are better hotels in sunny beach but mostly english people stop here.going all inclusive this year 2 weeks for 390 pound u cannot go wrong.weather only moderate in september so be warned.overall good hotel mostly english and scottish excellent pool and outside bar area ,get booked up you,ll love it.

Hotel Pomorie is the best best hotel in sunny beach. Me and my family had a brilliant time and we will be defintely going back there. The staff are really friendly and the hotel is nice and clean. I would advise anyone to stay in this hotel.

we have been to the hotel pomorie for the past two years it is very clean and friendly the pool is lovely and we are going back again this summer 2007 we had a brilliant time give it a try i am sure you will love it

When we arrived at the hotel to be honest i was a little worried as it does not look the best, but once i walked into the reception all worries disapeared. We were given keys and the bell boy carried our cases to our room. Our room was at the front of the hotel opposite the main street. Our room was quite small but very clean and tidy, only down side was not a lot of storage space so we lived out of our cases. Our main problem was that there is a nightclub opposite the hotel which is really loud on a night it was turned down at 12.00 but you could still here it, and with the hotel having no air con we had to boil on a night. if your on the other side of the hotel you would be fine. The family rooms are also a lot bigger.
Breakfast was not very good to be honest we went a couple of times but it was so cheap to eat out it didnt bother us. The Hotel has 4 Bars, one in the main reception, one with a games room and live sport, coctail bar and a pool bar, they all stay open till late and were very nice and served food.
The Hotel pool is lovely, with a swim up bar and kiddies section. It is much bigger than it looks in the brochure. You do have to pay 5 Lev or a bed but many people bought lilos and bathed on the grassy area beside the pool.

the Hotel is about a 15 min walk from the main centre with many restaurants, shops and bars. But the hotel does have its own range of restaurants and bars right on the doorstep so you dont have to go into the main centre every night.
There are loads of restaurants in sunny beach we ate at quite a few and never had a bad meal. The Ocean restaurant were you will have your welcome meeting serves lovely food. The Forest Hut on the road to the centre was vey nice too!

Sunny beach is cheap, we took Ł600 and only spent Ł400 and we ate out every dinner and evening meal and drank plenty every night.

we had a very nice relaxing holiday and would definately go back we would probably try a different hotel but the Pomorie was very nice and the people who have written bad reviews are just snobby.
