Nice loby, basic room furniture, uncomfortable third bed in room, moderate breakfast and dinner options, quite location not very near to Gondola. Experienced double charge with in-house rental shop but solved. Really big pool, jtzakouzi not working as it should.

My son and I stayed in Trinity hotel for one week skiing in bansko. We had a great stay and were helped at top skiing materiel from the rental shop. Allthough the hotel rooms could use a little TLC, and perhaps some new mattresses the Spa and the location (right in the middle of town) of the hotel makes you forget these small inconveniences. The food is the best of the 3 other hotels we stayed at in Bansko. Not a big choice, but the food was tastefull and warm. Topped with a good housewine I enjoyed my dinner every time.

The rooms were big, indeed. But everything was dated, probably 20 years old. Not well mentained. The wc did not work properly, they did not change the towels. Some of the towels were really old, stained and grey. The curtains were ripped. The sofa was terrible - you could feel the steal through the matress. The sheets were really old and of poor quality. Same for the pillows. You could not adjust the heating in the room and it was too hot. 3 days passsed and they did not take the trash from the bin. The pool area was not maintained, the water was clearly not clean. Water was dripping from the sealing in the ladies’ dressing room. The furniture was old and not properly maintained and of very poor quality. The food was as well of low quality, especially for dinner. They even served leftover plain pasta for breakfast the next morning. The staff barely knows English, they are not trained for customer care in the hotel business. Some of them looked like they were disturbed by the guests. The entire hotel seems to function with a team of 3-4 persons + cleaning ladies. When I wanted to check out, they told me the POS was not working and I have to pay cash. When I told her I have no cash, the POS miraculosly started to work. This seem to be a method to avoid taxes in Bansko.

a low hygiene, no soap and shampoo in the bathroom, you should pray for toilet paper, warning that no smoking room with a fine of 100 Levs works very poor in the rooms is cool ....
