The hotel arranges a real winter idyll, in the forest. The hotel staff is very genuinely kind, especially the bus driver. Peace, recovery and enjoyment. Good cuisine, but it would be better if there was a larger selection of food and if it was more varied.

We liked everything during our staying, but one thing that could have been better were the hotel rooms. We did not like that each room had a door that you could use to enter the next room, and during the night, the neighbour's kids were playing with the door.

Very nice hotel that deserves all the stars it has. Everything was excellent. I would single out spa center in the hotel, which was improved compared to previous years.

We had the top apartement with a fireplace and a big terrace. We just loved our room.
The food was very good. A lot to choose from both at breakfast and the buffet dinner. Very nice staff.
And the shuttle service every 30 min was always on time. We might be back next year

The rooms were very spacious and well furnished and the food was fantastic. Few points to consider for improvement (to become really perfect):
- lockers for ski equipment (my son's ski poles were taken by someone and we had to buy new ones)
- more comfortable bed and mattresses
- additional services and amenities (e.g. token washing machines, pool table and other entertainment for the evening)
- increase temperature of water in whirlpool bath pool
- staff to say hallo to guests from time to time (this is specially advised for male staff)

Lovely hotel for a short break. Clean rooms, free shuttle to the slopes, helpful service from great staff. Had a brilliant time.

A great looking hotel with good facilities was badly let down by poor choice of food, poor waitress, problems with toilet, safe, provision of toilet rolls.

I had visited friends who were staying at this hotel last year and decided to book it myself for this years holiday. I was a bit worried about the distance of the hotel from the ski slopes but the free shuttle completely solves that problem. Very comfortable rooms, excellent choice of food and super friendly staff. One of the best kept secrets of this hotel is the fabulous masseuse in the spa. The gym could do with a couple of more machines and a soft floor, and the whirlpool bath was not working when we stayed there but overall this is one of my favourite places to stay

Средний отель со своими плюсами и минусами, не плохой спа.
экономия чувствуется во всем: на электричестве, сауну не включать, пока не попросишь, половина лампочек в коридоре не включается; гель для душа и мыло, которые оплачены не кладут, приходиться просить; впечатляет уборка. В этих аспектах отель не тянет на четыре звезды. Питание не плохое, только раньше времени убирают шведский стол и слишком много свинины (проблематично для тех, кто ее не жалует).
