I recently stayed at a hotel that had a great spa and sauna, clean rooms, and decent staff. The spa and sauna were the highlights of my stay - they were both very good and made for a truly relaxing experience. The facilities were well-maintained and clean, and I found the staff to be knowledgeable and attentive to my needs.
The rooms were also clean and tidy, with all the amenities you would expect from a hotel. The bed was comfortable, and I had no issues with the cleanliness of the room. However, I did notice that the rooms could be quite noisy at times, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. This was a bit of a downside to an otherwise enjoyable stay.
The staff were okay - they were polite and professional, but didn't go above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. I found them to be helpful when I needed something, but they didn't have the warmth and friendliness that some other hotels have.
In summary, I would recommend this hotel for its great spa and sauna, as well as its clean rooms. However, if you're a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs to help with the noise. The staff were okay, but not exceptional. Overall, I had a good experience at this hotel and would consider staying there again.

We booked a 2 bed apartment for 2 adult and 3 children. Initially, we were given a small apartment with a small double and a double bed plus sofa bed - we asked to change and were moved the next day to a much larger apartment with a twin room and large double plus sofa bed. Much more comfortable. Rooms were a bit tired and there was a smell of drains in the bathroom but we still felt it was great value for bed & breakfast in half term week. Breakfast buffet was fine, there was plenty of room to store skis and the shuttle back from the piste at the end of the day was efficient. The spa was great after a day on the slopes. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the main restaurants which was absolutely fine and meant that we were in a very peaceful area.

Un hotel care reușește să оți оntreacă asteptarile la toate capitolele, оncepвnd cu profesionalismul personalului pana la dotări și poziționare. Apartamentele sunt foarte spatioase , mвncarea gustoasă și diversificată. După o plimbare de 5 min pe.jos ajungi in centrul stațiunii unde găsești magazine, restaurante centre de inchiriere skiuri. Fiind poziționat оn capătul străzii, nu există trafic rutier care sa te deranjeze. Dacă deschizi fereastră auzi pвrвul care trece pe lвngă hotel. Revenim cu drag la Hotel Grand Royal .Multumim pentru tot.

Poor: The smell in the room; The spicy in the meat, The cold water in the poll.

Хотелът беше много топъл, обслужването отлично, закуската беше изключително разнообразна (само дето нямаше портокали всеки ден), апартаментът беше просторен с огромна тераса с гледка към планината и реката - изключително релаксиращо, а стаите се почистваха много добре всеки ден. Вечер имаше музика на живо на електрическо пиано и цигулка в лоби бара, което беше прекрасно. Единственият недостатък е недовършеният в съседство строеж към този момент. Дано го довършат по-скоро. Бихме се върнали отново там!

2016 when I was on vacation I promised that I will come back, and I was informed by the reception that if I come back I will make you a discount. I returned with two other families and instead reduce I paid more for my child.

I had to left 3 days earlier from the hotel due to shoulder injury of my son.They didn't accept to refund for rest accomodation but they charged a bottle of mineral water from minibar despite of my explanation that I never use minibar.

В общем все хорошо. Большой бассейн, единственно что на дне много отвалившейся пплитки мы все порезали ноги. Столовая хорошая завтрак сытный, но однообразный. Номер (гостиная + 2 спальни) отличный, единственное что огорчило - матрас и подушки. Но вобщем соотношение цена-качество отличное. В следующий раз будем рады сново там остановится.

Хороший,уютный отель. Бассейн,сауны порадовали. Хорошее оснащение номеров. Детская комната. Завтраки средние,встречались гнилые фрукты.
Уборка под кроватями должна быть лучше,очень пыльно.
Но в общем,я бы рекомендовал данный отель знакомым.

Fantastic place to stay. Good clean and comfortable rooms, amazing and friendly staff with great English. Only thing to mention is that the location was a bit of a walk to town, the pool could be warmer. Other than that, loved it. Thankyou!

This is my second year stay in this hotel. Hotel has a good price/value ratio. A good working SPA with fitness center and big swimming pool. Fair to good breakfast. Good facilities for kids at any age. The location is far away to the gondola and the city center (20-25 min to walk) however several shuttles in the morning to drop and in the afternoon to pick up to/from gondola for ski. If you want to dine out, you should either walk 15-20 min or take a taxi or your own car.
Rooms are also clean and spacious.

Nice hotel. Is it the third time i visit this hotel,and I am convinced that it can be improved. Many problems with the staff (except the recepptionist who were flawless in her work) but the services is verry bad. I beleive that they can improve.

This was our first trip to Bansko. Our apartment was clean, warm and spacious. There was an endless supply of hot water and the shower was excellent (although a little slow to drain). There were very few pieces of crockery in the kitchen but I'm sure the restaurant would have provided anything we had asked for. As it happens, the bulgarian cuisine was so good that eating in really never occurred to us. The swimming pool was brilliant, as were the steam room and saunas - all open from 9am until 8pm. I had a fantastic relaxing massage too. The staff couldn't have been any more helpful and were discreet yet friendly. The breakfasts were varied and plentiful - definitely enough to keep the grumbles away for a skier!

В общем хороший отель ... Но огорчили два случаяя ... Первый,это когда в ресторане ,нам заявили,что "...вы находитесь в Болгарии и разговаривайте с нами по болгарски ,,," и когда выезжали из отеля,на нас попытались повесить пропажу полотенец !!! И лишь после того как мы сказали что вывалим им сейчас все наши чемоданы и если там не будет их полотенец ....... Они откланили притензию. Внимательно следите за горничными,они специально не докладывают полотенца при смене белья и вообще не понимают ни по русски ни по по английски,или делают вид. А так отель в полне приличный .
