Curățenia pe care trebuie sa o facă cameristele zilnic lasă de dorit. La barul din lobby, băiatul este super, știe engleză, foarte prietenos și serviabil.
La Receptie unele persoane nu stiu engleză.

We are a family of 10 persons and asked for having the tables in the restaurant combined so that we could sit together. This was simply and unpolitely refused without any further comment. The food was not OK, no differentation.People at the reception and in the bar were OK.

Excellent conditions, amiable service. The food was not varied, the same for the whole period. The central heating did not work and the air conditioning device was enough for the mild temperature. I doubt that can ensure enough heat for cold days.

We are pleasantly surprised, smiles and hospitality employees.

The rooms are pleasantly decorated and clean.

Food, something for everyone. Delicious.

Íèå ñìå "Ãðóïà çà íàðîäíè òàíöè Áèñòðèöà" , ïîñåòèõìå õîòåëà ñúñ çàêóïåíè âàó÷åðè îò 21-23.09.2012 ã. Õîòåëà íè âïå÷àòëè ñ ïðîñòîðíèòå ñòàé è áàíè ñ êðàñèâèÿ èíòåðèîð, ÷èñòîòàòà ñè!Ïîñðåøíàõà íè ìíîãî äîðå, äàäîõà íè çàëà çà ðåïåòèöèè, à âå÷åðòà â ìåõàíàòà êóïîíà áåøå íåâåðîÿòåí. Õðàíàòà ñúùî å äîáðà.  ñïà öåíòúðà èìà ãëåçîòèéêè çà âñåêè. Î÷àðîâàíè ñìå îò õîòåëà è ãî ïðåïîðú÷âàìå íà âñè÷êè!

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights end of February 2009. The hotels location is a bit far from center ( 5 - 8 minutes walk ) but offer a nice view to mountain. It offers parking if you travel on you own car. The hotel offer ski bus to take you to the lits every 30 minutes and leaves just outside the ski room of the hotel.
The lobby is quite nice and there is enough space to enjoy your coffee or drink. There is a big fireplace in the center of the room offering warming atmoshere. The breakfast restaurant is not so big , but enough for the hotel needs. The breakfast is very good with wide choise and variety of warm and cold dishes. I thing the coffee should be prepared from a bartender and not from a coffee mashine. The hotel restaurant is in the basement , nice decorated in folklore style with varius old things. The buffet dinner is quite ok. I didnt find anything to impress me but still im not dissapointed as everything offered was dissent. The rooms are normal size decoreted in modern european style furniture , and very clean . They all have spacius and nice bath , lcd tv , mini bar and big confortable bed. But what makes this hotel special is the SPA. Excellent in every way. Very nice decorated , relaxing atmoshere , with variety of treatments and highly experienced staff. This is the place to relax so DONT MISS IT.
The negative things are not so many about this hotel but i could say that if the ladies in the reception where a little more polite and dont look like in a very bad mood every day it would definately change the first impresion you get from the hotel staff. Also they should fix the hotel heating in the rooms. Overall i suggest the hotel as it is very good value for money.

A nice new hotel in the town of Bansko. The location is not the best you can find, but it's not far from the centre with all the taverns and little shops. The personnel could have been a little more attentive.We liked the lobby bar especially. Other than that the rooms, the lobby, SPA etc. were good. The rooms are spacious, clean, towels been changed everyday.
