We like this hotel for its SPA and hydromassage pools. We are frequent customers since 2016.
Unfortunately last years the pools became dirty, there are no clear instructions to wash thoroughly and to wear a cap before entering the pools

I am a very often visitor and I have the best of experiences from the hotel and its options. But for this time i feel really disappointment because all the facilities in the SPA area there are was not in. I paid for this and probably the hotel has the ...

As we stayed in the past two more times in this Hotel we believe that in this recent stay the absence of lifeguard was a major problem according to compliance with the rules at the pool.
