Varna, the seaside capital of Bulgaria, now boasts one of a kind shopping centre with theme zoning, combining exceptionally rich trading mix of zones for business and entertainment purposes.
The entertainment park of Varna Towers ‘Two towers’ is a combination of a diverse range of attractions, schools and conception sectors.
A shooting gallery, a castle for games, party zones and theme halls, dancing halls of a Chicago type, amphitheatrically located café, bowling halls and table tennis halls, as well as many unique attractions occupy the total area of 6 acres. Many boutique brands from Italy, Turkey, France and other countries open their first shops in Varna Towers. The trading centre boasts a distinctive style and many attractive shops with unique and creative interior decisions. The project Varna Towers crosses the line of the trading segment, because it calls for an active social, cultural and a community engaged policy in regards to events and specially designed areas. The complex Varna Towers has become the symbol of the city with its unique architecture. The complimentary aesthetics is a result of the fact that 45% of the common areas are designed as the type ‘’city premises’’: streets, squares, sunny atriums, fountains. Visitors of the Varna Towers complex will be able to enjoy many areas which are designed for walks and relaxation.
Varna Towers offers high standards of each detail: offices class A in the towers of the complex, vertical communication with modern elevators and more than 800 parking lots. Undoubtedly, one of the greatest attractions of Varna Towers is the first and one of a kind on the Balkans scenic, rotating restaurant ‘Magnito’, located at the top of the eastern tower. In compliance with the world practices, the functionality of the new trading centre is accomplished with the constructed licensed helicopter landing place at the western tower of the huge building. It is the first construction of such kind in Bulgaria.

50 million EUR were invested in the project. The construction of the administrative and trading centre was financed by Pireaus Bank Bulgaria. More than 2 000 people took part in the construction process.
