Did not use the hotel for the casino. On arrival found the reception staff quite surly and the room was small with the polyester sheets providing little warmth. On the plus side there were nice views from the cocktail lounge at the top. An okay stay there ...

The hotel location is right in the heart of Varna. It's the tallest building and the view from the restaurant is excellent.

Hotel has a great location and view but it is not everything.
I have been there last week for 7 days and I am very disappointed.
Hotel has 14 levels but only on the level 4 and 6 you can find new refurbished rooms. All the rest rooms are like from ...

This hotel is the ideal place to stay in when visiting Varna at anytime of the year. It is just at the centre of everything and no problems at all. Two of the girls at reception could improve on their manners especially when they switch speaking to bulgarian ...
