The temple of Kibela in the beach resort Balchik will have a new exhibition

Balchik beach resort will present a new exhibition during the new travel season. The exhibition will be on display in the temple of Kibela and it will include 40 restored artefacts which were found in Kibela temple in Balchik.
The specialists have managed to restore it even though the head of Kibela statue couldn’t be restored. The goddess is depicted on a throne.
The depiction of the God Helios is restored on the façade of the temple. The restoration processes needed 49 000 USD. The temple of Kibela was discovered in 2007. Experts claim that this is the most preserved Greek temple in Bulgaria. It is supposed to have been built in 280 B.C.
