Cleaners did not change bed sheets till after I complained which was 7 days into the holiday, the same with fresh towels.
The restaurant staff very rude and demanded a tip, uk people not wanted at this hotel, which is a shame because I’ve been going to sveti vlas for 16 years and this place was very poor.

Отель в общем то неплохой,но хотелось бы,что бы на кухне было больше посуды и поновее,чистота в кухонных шкафах вообще на 2,уборка ,это отдельно.Песок на полах,паутина за диваном ,полы моют одной шваброй и воду совсем не меняют,нам за две недели,ни разу не поменяли постельное:кастрюли старые,сковородки-вообще то такие уже выбрасывают,холодильник никогда не размораживается;в туалете,ну хотя бы в унитаз что то подвешивает,что бы убить запах тухлом и,вытяжка на кухне,всасывает все запахи из других номеров.Бассейн хороший,в ресторане эпичные официанты,на ресепшене просили неделю заменить чайник,поломанный.Балкон никогда не моется.Никогда не приедем в этот отель и никому не посоветуем.
