I have stayed here a few times but was very disappointed this time with the rooms and the cleaning of the room could not use balcony due to birds nest and poo all over it

Bad smell in the room. No functioning kitchen, no cutlery as adverised. Cheap furniture. No parking. No internet in the rooms. Perfect location with a nice view.

Hotel heaven is a excellent hotel very clean good service plenty of linen changes and plenty of clean towels. The rooms are spacious and well equipped the views from the balcony's are beautiful. The rep was very helpful telling you of all the trips avalible the prices and what the trip included. Also the information she have about the best places to change money and what to do when taking a cab. I couldn't fault the hotel I would recommend this hotel very highly and will be using it again when I return to Bulgaria throughly enjoyed my holiday experience. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Îòäûõàëè â ýòîì îòåëå âñåé ñåìüåé (ÿ, ìóæ è äâîå äåòåé). Âñå î÷åíü ïîíðàâèëîñü. Áîëüøîå ñïàñèáî áîëãàðñêîìó òóðîïåðàòîðó ÏðîôèÒóðñ, ÷åñíî ãîâîðÿ ïîáàèâàëèñü âñå ëè áóäåò õîðîøî, ò.ê. îáû÷íî åçäèëè ñ ðîññèéñêèìè òóðîïåðàòîðàìè, íî îêàçàëîñü çðÿ áåñïîêîèëèñü)))) Îòåëü î÷åíü õîðîøèé. Áëèçêî ê ìîðþ - âèä èç íîìåðà øèêàðíûé, ïåðñîíàë äðóæåëþáíûé, ê íîìåðó íåáîëüøèå ïðåòåíçèè åñòü, íî íå çíà÷èòåëüíûå(ïðîñòî ìû óæå íå ïåðâûé ãîä îòäûõàåì â Áîëãàðèè è âñåãäà îñòàíàâëèâàåìñÿ â àïàðîòåëÿõ, òàê âîò , çäåñü íîìåð ìàëî îñíàùåí â ïëàíå òàðåëîê, ÷àøåê è ò.ä. - íå õâàòàåò)) À òàê âñå çàìå÷àòåëüíî, åñëè âñå áóäåò õîðîøî , òî îáÿçàòåëüíî ïðèåäåì åùå ê âàì!!!

Ïðèÿòíî ñìå èçíåíàäàíè îò îòëè÷íèòå óñëîâèÿ,êîèòî íè ïðåäîñòàâè õîòåë "Õåâúí". Àïàðòàìåíòúò áåøå ìíîãî óþòåí, îáçàâåäåí ñ âêóñ è ðàçïîëàãàù ñ âñè÷êè óñëîâèÿ çà ñïîêîéíà ïî÷èâêà. Ìåñòîïîëîæåíèåòî - íà ñàìèÿ ïëàæ - çà íàñ áåøå îãðîìíî ïðåäèìñòâî.

Loistava sijainti meren rannalla. Rauhaisa sisäpiha, rauhallinen allasalue.

Òîëüêî âåðíóëèñü ñ Áîëãàðèè! Îòäûõàëè â ýòîì îòåëè ñ 19 ìàÿ ïî 20 èþíÿ. Îäèí èç íåìíîãèõ îòåëåé Ñîëíå÷íîãî áåðåãà, êîòîðûé ñòîèò ïðÿìî íà ìîðå, ÷åì ìû è ïðåëüñòèëèñü! Äóìàëè ÷òî îòåëü íîâûé, òàê êàê íà êàðòèíêàõ áûëî âñå áåçóïðå÷íî, íî îêàçàëîñü ÷òî îòåëþ óæå 10 ëåò ïîñòðîåí îí â 2003 ãîäó! Ñîîòâåòñòâåííî íîìåðà â îòåëè óæå íå ñâåæèå, â íîìåðå ïîñòîÿííî íå õâàòàåò ïîñóäû, à åñëè åå è äàþò òî îíà ñòàðàÿ. Èíîãäà äàæå çàñòåëàþò ðâàíîå áåëüå. Çà îòåëåì ñëåäÿò òîëüêî ñíàðóæè!!! Ìíîãî ñîáñòâåííèêîâ â ýòèõ àïàðòàìåíòàõ, ïî êàêîé-òî ïðè÷èíå ê íèì îòíîøåíèå íàìíîãî ëó÷øå , ÷åì ê òåì êòî àðåíäóåò àïàðòàìåíòû!!! Òàê æå â ýòèõ àïàðòàõ æèâóò õîçÿåâà áîëãàðû, ÷òî î÷åíü íàïðåãàëî... Âåäóò îíè ñåáÿ êàê öàðè, õîäÿò âåçäå ñ îõðàíîé..., êàæäûé äåíü ñìîòðåëè íà ýòîò Öèðê! Ïîñòîÿííî ñåäÿò âíèçó â ðåñòîðàíå îðóò è ðæóò!! Ïîñòîÿííî âñÿ èõ æèçíü ó âàñ íà âåäó, òàê êàê õîäÿò è ïîíòÿòñÿ ïåðåä îòäûõàþùèìè!! Äà è îòåëü íàõîäèòñÿ ïðÿì â öåíòðå ñîëíå÷íîãî áåðåãà, òåì êòî èùåò ñïîêîéñòâèÿ è òèøèíû, - çàáóäüòå ïðî íåãî ñðàçó!! Ìû îòäûõàëè ñ ãðóäíûì ðåáåíêîì, áðàëè íîìåð ñ âèäîì íà ìîðå è òèøèíà íàñòóïàëî òîëüêî ïîñëå 2 íî÷è, à òå êòî áåðóò íîìåðà ñ âèäîì ÿêîáû íà ïàðê, òèøèíû íå âèäÿò íèêîãäà!!! Îòåëü â ïðèíöèïå íå ïëîõîé, î÷åíü õîðîøèé áàññåéí, äîðîãèå øåçëîíãè è ò.ä! Íî ìû èñêàëè òèõèé è êîìôîðòíûé îòäûõ è õîðîøåãî îòíîøåíèÿ!!  ñëåäóþùèé ðàç åñëè è ïîåäèì íà Ñîëíå÷íûé áåðåã òî ëó÷øå â Ìàäæåñòèê èëè â àïàðò êîìïëåêñ ïîñâåæåå!!! Âñåì óäà÷è , íàäåþñü ìîé îòçûâ Âàì ïîìîæåò.
