The location of the hotel is perfect - right in the heart of Sunny beach.
We choose this hotel because of the indoor swimming pool and it was great, but we prefere to use it also before and after stated opening hours.
Unusual issue is paid wifi.
The staff in restaurants and the cleaning lady was pleasant, but reception women and guys were very unplesant and unhelpful, especially Miss Ilyana was extraordinary impertinent. She didn't give us the information we needed, and she even refused to call her boss.

Stayed 28/05/19-08/06/19 upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who checked us in and brought to our rooms. Having stayed in the Globus previously I knew what to expect and was happy with our rooms. On the first day however my mam had a very serious fall when she came out off the lift on the 11th floor, she was wheeling her walker out and the door to the corridor was open ( always was!!!) so dangerous... there was little or no space between the lift and the start off the stairs and unfortunately she fell down and she hurt herself very badly. The guy on reception was lovely when I reported it and he made sure we went to the Medical Centre who brought us to the Hospital and she received the treatment needed. I do think that these stairs are so dangerous and it could have been a lot worse. I would also like to say that the girls in the small café/bar were just fantastic when we needed ice to make ice packs. Also when the cleaners are moping the floors in the main reception do they not have wet floor signs???? another accident waiting to happen. I also had to report that the lift floor was wet and was not cleaned up. After the accident with my elderly mother she was petrified walking around the hotel . Breakfast was good always something to eat but cant comment on the dinner as we walked in and had a look and walked back out not to our taste. The security guys and cleaners were all really friendly and always said hello and its a pity that some off the reception staff were not as friendly especially Tina she was one off the rudest people I have ever had to deal with she kept telling me she didn't understand what I was saying !! The hotel the size it is with a vast number off English speaking guests surely they would have people on reception that can speak some English?? However we both did enjoy our stay in the Globus and our trip to Bulgaria and I have friends coming over the end off the month and I have told them my thoughts on the Hotel.

Booking through website straightforward. All communication with staff prior to travelling was excellent. Very thorough and clear.
When arrived at airport, transfer wasnt there. Had to chase amd wait half an hour. Upon arrival to hotel was met by Nelly, our rep. Best rep we have ever had, friendly, approachable and sorted out our issues. Despite requesting a room to the back of the hotel prior to travelling (Nelly also confirmed this with reception on arrival) we were told our room was at the back of the hotel. It wasnt- it was at the side facing a brick wall. The rooms smelt of damp. Went to reception to ask to move and was spoken to very rudely. Receptionist was discussing other guests personal details to us, and stated that "jewish people are rude, i didnt come to work with jewish people". Staff wouldnt help us. Had to speak to Nelly who resolved straight away and advised us to go to reception. At reception we explained Nelly had resolved it and a room change had been agreed. We were called liars and said that this wasnt the case. Spoken to very rudely. Again spoke to Nelly who again resolved it. Reception then apologised and we moved rooms. The new rooms were lovely.
However, the room changes wasnt updated on the system. We got letters from hotel for previous occupants. They gave a key to our room to a new guest, who opened the door whilst we were getting changed. Hotel records showed our room as empty. Every day we tried to resolve but wasnt resolved until day before we left. Hotel lost our passports, luckily they found them before we left. Staff in hotel slow, rude and didnt want to provide a service. Waited at least ten minutes every time went to bar, longest wait was half an hour.

The only staff that spoke were the bar staff and cleaners, Reception and restaurant staff were dead ignorant.
Hotel clean but very noisy and not enough sunbeds.
Would not book again . We have been to Sunny Beech for the past 12 years and this is the worst food we have had always cold and inedible.

hotel has a good beach location, however on the end block you hear the music coming from the main street, which lasts till about 5 in the morning, rooms are cleaned towels daily, and regular dedding changed, never used any of hotel facilities, despite being b+b, this was our 3rd time there so we know what hotel food is like, but it's so cheap to eat and drink out, all in all a good holiday

Had 2 weeks of hell in this hotel, food was uneatable dining room staff lazy & had to lay & clean table ourselves before we could eat,had to eat out,reception staff very un-co-operative most of the time. NO way would I reccommend going there again, this was my 3rd time in Bulgaria & will be our last. Overall a horrible holiday.

I have been to Bulgari 5 times, 3 x times in the globus. great location and friendly staff. we had a family room which was massive!! 2 bathrooms which is really handy when you are there with the family!! I would say to stay b&B only as the holtel food isn't great but it is so cheap to eat out in resort and with a great choice of restaurants

Îòäûõàëà â ýòîì îòåëå â êîíöå èþíÿ-íà÷àëå èþëÿ 2008 ã. Âûáèðàëà èç ãîðÿùèõ òóðîâ. Ïîãîäà áûëà çàìå÷àòåëüíàÿ, õîòÿ íåêîòîðûå òóðèñòû ãîâîðèëè ÷òî ïðîõëàäíî. Íî òàê êàê ÿ èç Ñàíêò-Ïåòåðáóðãà, òî äëÿ ìåíÿ è ýòî áûëî òåïëî. Ìîðå ïðèìåðíî + 22-23 ãðàä. Ëè÷íî äëÿ ìåíÿ îòäûõ ïðîøåë çàìå÷àòåëüíî, óñòðîèëî âñå! Îáúåäàëàñü àðáóçàìè-äûíÿìè, î÷åíü âêóñíî ãîòîâèëè áàðàíèíó. Ðóññêèõ â ýòîì îòåëå îòäûõàëî î÷åíü ìàëî. Õî÷ó ðàññêàçàòü è î Íåäîñòàòêàõ:
1) ÄÀÆÅ ÏÐÈ ÇÀÊÐÛÒÎÌ ÁÀËÊÎÍÅ Â 12 ÍÎ×È ØÓÌÍÎ. Ó ìåíÿ îêíà âûõîäèëè íà ìîðå ( è íà ïðîìåíàä), è ñî âñåõ ðåñòîðàí÷èêîâ äîíîñèëàñü ìóçûêà è øóì ãóëÿþùåãî íàðîäà ("êàê íà Íåâñêîì"). Ìíå ëè÷íî ýòî íå ìåøàëî, çàñûïàëà, "óñòàâ" çà äåíü.

Ïîëüçîâàëàñü èëè äóøåì îáñëóæèâàþùåãî ïåðñîíàëà çà ðåñåïøåíîì, èëè æå äóøåì â áàññåéíå êîòîðûé íàõîäèòñÿ íà âòîðîì ýòàæå.

the hotel is situated in an ideal location , it is a lovely clean hotel and friendly staff but the meals are disgusting and we were told on our last visit even the bulgarian staff dont touch the food in the hotel it is so bad. would go back to the globus bed and breakfast only.stayed there twice the past three years . wouldnt give a dog the food .

this hotel is bang on with it's location ringht on the beach, the hotel was very clean staff pleasent. In-door swimming pool and sun terrace fantastic. out door pool and loungers great. Rooms very good. But... the food!!! It was all eatable but looked rather unappitiseing and a bit sort of school dinnerish. But as the meals out side the Hotel was very reasonable I would reccomend this hotel but not for the food.

Just came back from my holiday in Hotel Globus, Sunny Beach, spend there 2 weeks. I had wonderful time over there. The hotel is great, good service, it's a bit noisy during the night, but apart from that everything is perfect. I've got a massage from therapist named George, he is really good, makes me feel so relaxed...it was great holiday, I’ve enjoyed! Thank you very much for the good service!

Îòåëü ÷èñòûé, íîìåðà è âñå ÷òî â íèõ, íîâîå è àêêóðàòíîå, ïåðñîíàë â ñîñòîÿíèè ïîíÿòü ðóññêóþ ðå÷ü, ÷òî î÷åíü óäîáíî, îñîáåííî åñëè âû åäåòå ñ äåòüìè, íî äåòñêîé ïëîùàäêè òàì íåò, äåòñêóþ êîìíàòó íóæíî çàêàçûâàòü çàðàíåå, 40 ëâ íà äåíü, ïðè ýòîì 1 ëâ ïðèìåðíî 20,24 ðóá, è "íÿíÿ" ãîâîðèò íà áîëãàðñêîì è àíãëèéñêîì. Ïîïàñòü â ëþáîå âðåìÿ â èãðîâóþ êîìíàòó íå ïîëó÷èòñÿ, ÷òî î÷åíü íåóäîáíî, ïîñêîëüêó íà âåñü äåíü ðåáåíêà âðÿäëè êòî-òî õîòåë áû òóäà îòïðàâèòü, à èãðîâàÿ êîìíàòà â òîðãîâîì öåíòðå ñòîèò 12 ëâ çà ÷àñ âìåñòå ñ èãðóøêàìè è êëîóíîì, êîòîðûé ðàçâëåêàåò äåòåé è èñêàòü åãî ïî ïëÿæó è åùå íåèçâåñòíî ãäå - íå íóæíî. Ïèòàíèå äîâîëüíî îäíîîáðàçíîå, íî âïîëíå âêóñíîå ÷àñòî ïîïàäàþòñÿ ñðåäè îâîùåé, â ÷àñòíîñòè, ïîìèäîðîâ, îáðåçàííûå - êîòîðûå íà÷àëè ïîðòèòüñÿ. Íî îáðåçàíû îíè òàê, ÷òî îñòàëàñü ÷àñòü èñïîð÷åííîé ìÿêîòè. ×òîáû ëó÷øå ðàáîòàë êèøå÷íèê ó òóðèñòîâ? Öåíû â ðåñòîðàíå íà ìåíþ âûñîêèå, íàïðèìåð, "øîïñêèé ñàëàò" ìîæíî îòâåäàòü çà 2,99 ëâ, çäåñü îí ñòîèò 5,99 - âäâîå. Âèä íà ìîðå î÷åíü êðàñèâûé, âèä íà "ïàðê" - ìèñòèôèêàöèÿ. Íåò òàì íèêàêîãî ïàðêà. Åñòü îòåëè è ðåñòîðàíû. Êàæäûé âå÷åð ñ îáîèõ ñòîðîí øóìíî, îòîâñþäó, ïåðåêðèêèâàÿ äðóã äðóãà, ïîþò, ïðîäîëæàåòñÿ ýòî, â ñðåäíåì, äî ÷àñó íî÷è.

We statyed here 2 summers ago it is an excellent hotel very friendly staff food was okay but cheap enough to eat out in the resort. We would stay here again
