Но този път Главният готвач и персонала в ресторанта бяха страхотни.Много разнообразна и добре поднесена храна, през целият ни престой.Стаите се почистваха всеки ден старателно и прецизно.Сърдечно благодарим! Very nice hotel, very clean, people are wonderful, always ready to help. Healthy breakfast with very good vegetables and fruits. The only thing missing is mineral water, so if you want some treatment you need to find another place with warm mineral water.

Престоят ми в хотел Романс беше приятен и бих го препоръчала на мои близки и познати. Имам някои неприетни впечатления от ресторанта- асортиментът на блок масата на закуска, по мое мнение, не беше достатъчно разнообразнен, някои от храните не бяха добре приготвени; една от вечерите на свободна консумация не се състоя, тъй като отне твърде много време аз и приятелят ми да бъдем обслужени, при положение, че освен нас имаше още една маса.
Друго, което смятам, че е добре да бъде взето предвид, е наличието на малки мухоподобни насекоми, от които изобилстваше в банята, въпреки очевидно добре поддържаните стая и баня.

Staff very professional. Not many spa procedures. I don't think you should pay for the steam room and the sauna.
