Green Life Family Apartments Pamporovo

Ski in ski out hotel. Very comfortable apartments with a large kitchen if you feel like cooking.
Breakfast and dinner are served in the other building opposite. The food is delicious but there is not much choice.
The sauna is not hot enough if you don't make an appointment and bath robes are extra.
In general, the hotel for the price is great.

Останахме изключително доволни и приятно изненадани от апартамента, в който бяхме настанени. Беше достатъчно топло, почистваха всеки ден и на три дни сменяха хавлиите. Много удобно местоположение за скиори. :)

1. много лоша организация относно паркинга - на практика няма такава, освен да ти дадат лист, на който да си напишеш телефон и да го оставиш на таблото. Оттам оставят хората сами да се разправят помежду си. Ние специално помолихме да кажат на този, който ще паркира пред нас, че тръгваме в ранен час, което ни потвърдиха, че ще направят, а не се случи нищо подобно. Съответно се разправяхме и чакахме 2 часа, за да може да излезем, а единствената реакция на представителя на хотела беше - "много малко хотели ще ви предоставят безплатен паркинг". Това е абсурдно - да извършват качествена услуга и да искат пари за нея.
2. обявените сауна и парна баня всъщност бяха толкова слаби (като температура и функциониране, че на практика не бяха истински...

Доворни сем от престоя си в хотела, но имам забележка относно почистването-за трите дни там нито единия ден не се изхвърлиха кошчетата с боклук и не се почисти. Иначе условията бяха добри-топло и уютно. И от ресторанта сме доволни.

Всичко беше наред с изключение на това, че във втората сграда ( тази срещу сградата с рецепцията) миришеше на готвено чак до 6тия етаж. Има сериозен проблем с вентилацията явно. Няма достатъчно места за паркиране но това е нормално. Стайте са чисти, топли и горе-долу добре обзаведени. Голям минус е липсата на халати за спато ( плащат се допълнително ) и ако си настанен във другата сграда трябва да пресечеш улицата по хавлия за да отидеш на СПА. Храната на закуска е много вкусна и в голямо количество. Единствено кафето е ужасно.

The rooms are clean enough and comfortable , the location is good , there are two restaurants nearby. I also would like to thank to Galina Dafova the operator I got in touch. She is really helpful.
