Newly discovered gold treasure is exhibited in the National Historical Museum

Newly discovered gold treasure nearby the city Harmanli is exhibited in the National Historical Museum.
The treasure consists of two cervical vertebrae for spindle and about 335 golden beads. All objects dated back to the Middle Bronze Age-around 20-18 century B.C. Golden vertebrae were used mostly for decoration. According to the discoverer, Mr. Borislavov, this finding is of extraordinary importance for archaeology.
