New summer amphitheatre in Primorsko

The central part of Primorsko will be equipped with a brand new summer theatre embellished with fountains, elaborate lighting and an open air bar/restaurant, as part of "original architecture solutions to revamp the town", Stroitelstvo Gradut reports.
The amphitheatre, with seating capacity of 450 people, will be built adjacent to the town hall of Primorsko. Next to the amphitheatre will be an exhibition area embracing 600 sq m, all of it rigged with a modern lighting system. Flanking the theatre on the other side will be a new 100 sq m playground for children.
The area surrounding Primorsko's new administrative building of the local municipality is to be thoroughly refurbished, "to acquire a representative and modern look, and to become a central town hub for leisure and entertainment", Stroitelstvo Gradut quotes the municipality as saying.
The project is a brainchild of Sofia based architecture company IN Ivan Nikoforov, which intends to have the central square divided into two areas, one of them immediately before the new municipal building, designated as a free area. The other will accommodate the amphitheatre and exhibition grounds.
