Sunday brings great conditions for tourism in mountains. The weather is sunny, typically spring, quiet and moderate wind is blowing only high in the mountains.
Temperatures vary from 0 to 5 degrees. There is a mist in Rila mountain. Beware that there is a danger of avalanches in Pirin mountain. Also, thrill-seekers should bear in mind that skiing and snowboarding at steep places is extremely dangerous right now. Ski facilities in all winter resorts in Bulgaria work. The only exception is the facility at Aleko hut in Vitosha mountain.
The mountain rescue service recommends that tourists should walk at the winter marked tracks as there is a danger of avalanches.
