Excellent beaches and quality sea waters in Varna region

According to the latest report by the European eco agency, only three beaches in Varna area has received an excellent mark for the quality of the sea water. Ten beaches in Varna region were nominated with excellent marks last year.
Only the coastlines Riviera in Sunny Beach and the beaches Mineral swimming pool and St.Elias in St.Constantine and Elena , were given excellent marks. St.Elias has been added to the ranking due to its clean waters.
Eight beaches at Bulgaria’s Black Sea have received worse feedback and the quality of their water has been changed from “excellent” to “good or satisfactory”. Some of them are Sunny Day, Kabakum, Big Beach, Pasha Dere, Chernomorets, The Casino in Golden Sands resort.
It is said that the sea waters are clean to the south of the seaside capital. Five beaches in Kamchia area and Byala resort have received the highest possible mark.
