Dutch invest 5 million € in VIP zone nearby Shilkovci

The Holland “Elena Land and Property Management” will invest in VIP village for Scandinavian tourists close to the village of Shilkovci. The village will have a beautiful view to the dam “Jovkovci” and it will host 400 VIP tourists-mainly from Holland and Norway. The project includes the construction of 150 luxurious houses, two hotels, a swimming pool, and a restaurant and a tennis court.
