Bulgaria Takes Andorra Tourists
Standart Daily, 07.11.2005
British newspaper Guardian advises the British skiers to visit Bulgaria, Serbia and Slovenia. According to Guardian, the Britishers still more frequently prefer skiing in Bulgaria as their favorite winter resorts in Andorra have started to inflate the prices of the services. Guardian writes that the ski tracks in Bansko resort, southern Bulgaria, are some 65 kilometers long and that it is very unlikely that the skiers line up to use the chair lifts. Pamporovo resort, southern Bulgaria, is recommended to ski beginners, while Borovets winter resort, some 70 kilometers away from Sofia, is brilliant for advanced and good skiers. Independent newspaper places Borovets among the 10 top destinations for winter tourism this season. see source
