The number of US tourists choosing Bulgaria for the summer holiday destination is constantly going up, Romanian "Evenimentul zilei" daily reports. Bulgaria, Poland, Slovakia and Croatia are becoming tourism hotspots for the America tourists. The Americans willing to visit Europe, but being afraid of the trap of the European currency are choosing destinations from the eastern parts of the continent, the Romanian newspaper said. According to the article the tour operators are taking advantage of these facts and are offering to the US tourists vacation places where the currency rate is much more advantageous to the Americans than the rate of the Euro.
