Изключително мръсно и мизерно. Не можеш да си отвориш прозореца, защото след това не можеш да го затвориш! Външната врата на едната вила не се затваряше! Банята много мухлясала, стар и мръсен мокет навсякъде. В ресторанта беше вкусно, но усещането когато шефовете бяха там беше неописумо-простотия с големи джипове, батки удрящи шамари на сервитьорки и гледащи лошо всички гости! Много много зле! Иначе мястото е хубаво, но затова заслуга има само природата!

Абсолютно занемарени "лукс" вили,нищо общо със снимките от сайта.Ужасно мръсно и неподдържано.Трапезна маса със столове за 3 наврени в малък бокс ,в който може да влезат най много 2 души ,при условие че вилата се предлага за 4 човека.Цената не отговаря на качеството!Не бих препоръчала на приятели и не бих посетила отново!

Беше ни казано по телефона, че пред всяка къщичка има барбекю и поради тази причина не взехме наше. Въпросното "барбекю" след пристигането ни се оказа огнище, оградено с камъни и зарито в сняг. Леглата са изключително тесни, под персон, което за мъж над 100 кг е проблем. Разходката до центъра на Боровец е почти невъзможна, тъй като се върви по шосето, където летят коли и е опасно. Иначе мястото е много приятно, уютно, в сърцето на прекрасна борова гора

Бунгалото беше студено като влязохме. Холът остана студен през целия престой поради огромни пролуки на входната врата.
За тази цена на вечер би трябвало да са обновени бунгалата, както и да има отоплителни уреди, а не духалки на поискване.
Персоналът е много отзивчив и усмихнат!!!

We actually stayed at a Yagoda deluxe chalet (we were offered an upgrade from Malina chalet), very warm chalet in excellent environment. Staff was always available to help us in minor issues that came up. We were overall satisfied from our stay in Yagoda chalet and we would recommend it to our friends.
