The price for staying overnight in a double room in the mountain hotels ranges from 25 to 200 leva, depending on the number of hotel’s stars. A night in the famous “Elenski Balkan” in a guest house costs 25 leva. The price does not include breakfast. The price per night varies between 50 and 80 BGN in most 2-star hotels, but it includes breakfast. The prices per night in a double room in the picturesque resort Arbanassi is between 50 and 70 BGN. Overnights in an apartment are within 80 BGN. To rent a villa in Stara planina (the Balkan Mountain range) costs from 80 to 200 BGN per day. Many places offer cheaper prices for the days from Sunday until Thursday, as the price for BB varies from 50 BGN to 70 BGN. The predominant part of mountain hotels offer packages for the summer season which include not only the price per night, but also a breakfast and use of various extras-a swimming pool, a fitness centre and a parking lot.
