Beach city Bourgas will celebrate the Day of the Black Sea

Bourgas celebrates the International Day of the Black Sea on October 31st. This is an important day for the seaside city which will celebrate under the slogan “Bourgas – an applicant for being European capital of the culture 2019”. On the occasion of the holiday three beach lines in Bourgas, Sozopol and Tsarevo will organize various events and they will write “Bourgas 2019”only with mussels in order to support Bourgas in the competition for being the European cultural capital 2019.
The competition “In search for the hidden treasure”will be held on the Northern Beach of Bourgas. The participants will make sure that they have enough knowledge about the culture and the cultural program of the beloved Black Sea city which is popular with the annual festival of sand figures. An exhibition, dedicated to the sea theme, will be organized in Nessebar beach resort. A session for the wealth of the Black Sea and salt lakes, surrounding it, will be held in the Salt Museum in Pomorie.
