Всичко беше на ниво, с изключение на басейна,който не беше филтриран.Съответно информирахме на рецепция персонала.Фитнесът беше също мръсно и неподдържан.

The hotel is the farthest away from the busy Balchik center, but it is right next to Maria's castle. Literally 1 minute walk to the entrance.
The 'beach' is virtually non existent, you have to escalade some huge boulders to get into the water, on some slippery steps overgrown with green muck and algae.
The place has a musty and old feeling about it, cleaning is not done properly, we had 2 sinks in the room (not the bathroom), the coffee table was broken and we had to pin it to a wall for fear it would fall over, breakfast was identical every morning and you had to ask for more of the things that were finished, but at least it lasted until 10.30.
However, they had air conditioning in the hallways, which was an unexpected bonus.
I am pretty sure there are better options in Balchik.

Nice staff, best location, nice view and facilities.
But the room need to have some investments...looks very old. This is not a 4 star room at all...

Nu exista indicatoare și nu știi cum sa ajungi, nici waze nu știe și nici Google.In camere nu exista aparate de făcut ceai sau cafea. Micul dejun este limitat la 10 tipuri de mic dejun, nimic în plus, pe care le comanzi ospătarului. Prezenta cainilor si a pisicilor pe terasa la micul dejun nu este u
n lucru prea ok. La mic dejun cafeaua este pe baza de Nescafe. Se pot aduce îmbunătățiri ca acest hotel sa fie mai atractiv.

Good hotel ,very well located, friendly staff, excellent food. The only complaint is concerning one of the ladies from the reception desk. In my opinion she definitely needs some urgent training in basic politeness, as well as some training in dealing with clients. Apart this unpleasant experience I strongly recommend Regina Maria hotel as one of the best locations in Balchik,

Very poor quality of pillows, shower doesn't work properly. The breakfast quality is very poor, the coffee cannot be drunk. For 100euro/night hotel these things are not allowed! I would not recommend this hotel, only its location is perfect and some of the staff.

-We could very badly trace the entrance road to the Hotel.Should be put couple of sign boards on the way to the hotel especially at the entrance of the beach area. For somebody coming for the first time ,by car ,it is a real adventure to reach the hotel.
-The rooms are OK,cleaned.
-For the brekfast I sugest the bufet style.

Some of the staff was extremely dedicated whereas I could feel that some others were tired at the end of the touristic season. The restaurant and its terrace are fabulous; nice place for relaxing. The only dark part was after I asked the receptionist to call a taxi, probably a friend of hers showed up, and wasn't a taxi driver at all and wanted to charge a fixed amount for the ride.

I like the hotel , mainly the location. The Spa personnell should be more friendly and correlate better their services with the costs , the client should be not treated just as a sourse of money !

The hotel has a very good location, breakfast was OK (not the same about the included coffee)
well equiped rooms with very nice view, but we didn't like the smell in the room and in the bathroom
it is recommended to avoid the hotel when there is organised an event in the evening (wedding), because the music is very loud

Nice site, clean room, friendly receptionist and maid.
Poor restaurant (I don't recommend it: averaje food, POOR personnel (waiters)-they expect tips even though the service is bad; long time waiting for the food; and so on)

The rooms have a great view. Clean, comfortable. Hotel restaurant service is unfotunatetly lacking.

Real 4* hotel. Excellent services, cleanliness, location. Food - a new chef is definitely needed. Waited for an hour to have a fresh grilled fish and received a deep frozen, regrilled, half broken excuse of a fish. Unpardonable and very expensive. Avoid the hotel restaurant! Staff is very helpful and speak very good english. Would definitely go back again!
