My 3rd time in Flora hotel, and while this appartment was reasonably equiped (even so bare minimum available for cooking ... i.e. a bottle opener could come in handy), it was extremely noisy (slim door between our & neighbors apartment). Reception desk wasn't informed of our arrival, had to call the agency to be directed to a different appartment building to pick up the key....

Âñå ïîíðàâèëîñü, òîëüêî ïåðåïóòàëè äàòó ïðèáûòèÿ íà äåíü ðàíüøå è â ïîñëåäíèé äåíü ìû îñòàëèñü áåç óæèíà. Ïðàâäà ïåðñîíàë îòåëÿ ïðèçíàëè îøèáêó è íà çàâòðàê ñîáðàëè ñ ñîáîé, òàê êàê ìû ðàíî âûåçæàëè.

Hotel looks good, rooms are big enough, staff is friendly.
You can practically talk to your neighbors, the cleaning women were smelling really bad (sweat smell) and after cleaning we had to keep the window open...
basically that is it.

Îòåëü íàì ïîíðàâèëñÿ, âñå áûëî íà äîñòàòî÷íî õîðîøåì óðîâíå íå ñìîòðÿ íà íå ñàìóþ äîðîãóþ öåíó! Íî ìåíÿ î÷åíü ðàçî÷àðîâàë ìåíåäæåð, Ýìèëèÿ, êîòîðàÿ áðîíèðîâàëà íàñ îòåëü! Ñíà÷àëà îíà íàì î÷åíü ïîìîãëà, ñîõðàíèâ áðîíü íà 2 íåäåëè, íî ïî ïðèåçäó! Ìíå ñêàçàëè, ÷òî ãîñòèíèöà ñ áàññåéíîì, à îêàçàëîñü ÷òî îí ÿêîáû íå âõîäèò â ñòîèìîñòü!!! (òîãäà íóæíî îá ýòîì îáÿçàòåëüíî ñêàçàòü), â îòåëå íå çíàëè ÷òî ÿ îïëàòèë 5 ÷åëîâåêà, íå ïðèíåñëè äîïîëíèòåëüíóþ êðîâàòü, è íå õîòåëè êîðìèòü 5 ÷åëîâåêà! Õîòåëè, ÷òîáû ìû æèëè â ãëàâíîì êîðïóñå, à ïèòàëèñü â Ôëîðà äåéçè! Ïóòåì äèàëîãà ñ àäìèíèñòðàòîðîì ãîñòèíèöû Ôëîðà äåéçè âñå ïðîáëåìû óäàëîñü ðåøèòü, íî íåïðèÿòíûé îñàäîê îñòàëñÿ!  ïðèíöèïå ìû ïëàíèðóåì âåðíóòñÿ â Áîðîâåö, è â îáùåì íàì ïîíðàâèëñÿ îòåëü Ôëîðà. Íî êîãäà ÿ ïëà÷ó, ÿ äîëæåí íà 100% ïîíèìàþ çà, ÷òî ÿ ïëà÷ó! Åñëè áû ìåíÿ îáî âñåì ïðåäóïðåäèëè, ÿ áû ñðàçó ðåøèë âñå âîïðîñû, è íå ïðèøëîñü áû íåðâíè÷àòü è òðàòèòü âðåìÿ îòäûõà! Òåì áîëåå, ÷òî âñå ìîìåíòû ìíå ïðèøëîñü ðåøàòü â ñâîé äåíü ðîæäåíèÿ! ß ñ÷èòàþ, ÷òî åñëè ÿ ñíÿë îòåëü, òî ìîãó ïîëüçîâàòüñÿ áàññåéíîì, è êóøàòü êàê âñå,êòî æèâåò â ýòîì îòåëå. These is second tera I stay in hotel.There is a lit of bit strange check in on recepti on in Daisy Apartmant but stay in Flora Apartments.It seams that is something with ownership of floor where we stay.
Room is big and clean.Cleaning lady come quite early,we have two kids and we ski 1/2 day ski pass. from 12 a clock.Whe go out around 11am but she comes every day bettwen 9 and 10am ,and I need to explain her to come.I think thise is normal.Just trying to give you better feedback.Also we are not allowed to use free spa in the building where we stay.Explanation is that we are guests of Daisy.They sayed us that we can take discount coupons on Daisy reception.We go there and ask , but lady told me to go to Flora reception......A little bit strange and unfair .
I will go for shure next year !

A request for a change of room was accepted by daisy. The booking agent did not pass on to daisy my request for a double bed. Daisy say the booking agents do not pass on special requests.

The apartment in flora hotel was clean and the towels were changed every day but my husband and i could not sleep too well because the sofa bed was a disaster.

The flora apartments are really clean, spacious and warm. The bedding and towels were changed every day the rooms were big with plenty of wardrobe space. They are a short walk away from the gondola which is good. We travelled with first choice, and we rented our skis from a depot near the rila hotel, so we had to walk to the rila, to come back on ourselvs to go to the gondola. This was fine, as you end up near the rila after a days skiing anyway.The food was not to great, but I am a fussy eater. It was cold, and i couldn't really find anything to eat there all week. After speaking to people in different hotels I think this is the same everywhere. The snow was clearing up at the end of the week, and I think I will go a few weeks earlier next year as it seems to be coming to the end of the season.

Stayed at the flora apartments on half board basis. check in was quick without much waiting. room was more than adequite which was well heated and towels changed and room cleaned daily. Now for the food. Breakfast was plentiful cereal, continental breakfast, and english though sometimes a bit cold you can warm up in the microwave provided ( this is the same for evening meals ) evening meals were great with good selection of soaps, meats and a great array of salads. Ive stayed in lots of hotels in france etc but found the flora more comfortable than most of them. location to slopes is brilliant and jus a short walk away from bars etc without being kept up by noise at night.

A coffee-maker too! Staying in one of these simply organised, ideally designed studios equate to having just about everything you could need in a hotel room.

The fitting is so simple it hardly looks like luxury though after not very long it is likely you will begin to realise that this is the most simpleand easily functional luxury. In staying here you step into a world totally free from concern.

So it is much easier to be familiar with what you are doing, to rest while enjoying what it is you are drinking or eating, and enjoy conversation, looking at persons and, and if on your own or not, the feeling of just sitting and being.
