Once again we have had a fantastic stay at the TROPICS hotel, and I must say we would not stay anywhere else, the rooms were spotless and very beautifully decorated, the breakfast was lovely and cooked just how we like it. We will definetly be back to stay soon The family are so welcoming and nothing is too much bother for them, the customer service in the hotel is outstanding and I would reccomend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay in Saint Vlas,
Thanks to staff and family for another great stay and we hope to be back soon,

it could be much better ... the hotel is hard to find, but is close to the beach ... the dinner is not so good and the breakfast is the same everyday ... it\'s better to book \"bed and breakfast\" and during the day to eat pizza or order from the menu ... the rooms are ok ... the staff is friendly ...

Ne hodete v tozi hotel, sobstvenicite sa ujasni Osobeno durtata babka koqto vi kazvam ne sum sreshtala takuv ujasen chovek prez celiq si jivot Tq vechno mrunka i e nedovolna daje ot sobstvenite si deca A dushterq i ne zname izobshto kak se upravlqva hotel i kak trqbva da se otnasq kum horata.Hotelut e registriran s kategoriq 4 zvezdi a se prodava za kategoriq 5 zvezdi.Taka te lujat horata za zvezdite.Spalnoto belio se smenq izkluchitelno rqdko.Wifi nqma na gornite etaji a na recepciqta i v restoranta e otvratitelen.Hranata e zastoqla nqkoq e i s iztekla srok na godnost.Ako iskate da polzvate baseina edva li shte mojete da se vredite zashtoto nqma dostatuchno shezlongi za vsichki.A i e zabraneno na gostite da sedqt tam sled 8 chasa vecherta.
Kato rabotodateli sa izkluchitelno nekorektni.Kato vuprosnata babka dava parite i zaduljitelno shte izmisli nqkoq globa za da ti udurji po 100-200lv ot zaplata Molq vi ne hodete v tozi hotel.Samo shte si razvalite pochivkata.

The hotel is OK, clean...
We were pleased with it until the manager made a scandal when we were leaving because one of the towels was a little stained from red hair dye, which, in principle can be cleaned with nornal washing powder at 30 degrees :-)
She told us not to step there anymore!
So if you have any concerns that your hair dye can stain the towels, just do not go to this Hotel :-(((
