I've been to Bansko 3 times and to Sofia Twice and this is by far the worst hotel I stayed in. Bare in mind that I always look for the budget friendly hotels. Staff was so unprofessional, like they were forced to work there, not payed. Room was small and untidy, kitchen has only two cups and glasses and a kattler, in bathroom heater leaks water, heating was so strong that we were opening windows all the time, heating could not be regulated. Room did not have a safe. My friends had a safe in room but lock on it broke down so they had to cut it open and my friend had to pay for the broken lock! Food was ok, but nothing more than that. Beds! I think it would have been more comfortable if I slept on rocks and ice. Horrible. I had back pain every day because of beds. Spa center personnel are the champions of being lazy and not being their when you need them. When you find them, that actually does not make any difference. Positive things about this hotel are... Only the location of hotel is good.

Average room/apartment, poor service in hotel, unkind reception staff, NO WIFI in room, even very poor wifi internet in Lobby and receptionists lied every day like someone is fixing the problem! Didn't fixed for 7 nigths! Housekeeping didn't want to change towels every day, so we have to react and call them or reception, once they said they have no more towels!!! Restaurant and food was below average, even they alowed anyone can take whole plate with food or cakes or any other meal, and later no more adding! Only SPA was okay, pool and sonas, the SPA staff also was very kind and helpful and also the masseur, she was very good!
Definetle I'll never be their guest and will NOT recomend to anyone!

The hotel is in a fab location and offer a complimentary bus to the bottom of the gondola but it is only about a 5 min walk. The rooms are lovely and modern and warm and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even made us a packed breakfast for the day we left as our transfer was collecting us before breakfast service commenced. Would definitely stay here again.

For this money -excellent, the pool a bit small, the wireless little bit weak, but everything else very good.
Nice place, nice hollday

I have stayed at this hotel for the last 3 years and will return again this year.
The new management team have done tremendous work to nake it a great stay ensuring every need is catered for.

This hotel is really good value for money. It is about 10mins walk to gondola but excellent transfer service provided by hotel there and back .
The rooms are modern, clean and tidy and have basic cooking facilities. The hotel has a spa and pool, which is lovely after a day skiing and we indulged in a massage each, which was excellent value at approx Ł26 for a full body massage. For those with children there is a good play area. The staff were all lovely and helpful. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

This is maybe the worst hotel in Bansko...It looks like a cheap 2 star hotel in the inside.The rooms are very cold and they dont open the heating.They dont have hot water...I had to take a shower with cold water and then get dressed in a freezing room...The food in the morning was disgusting...And for the end the staff from the hotel threatened us to hit us more money for the rooms because someone did a damage outside of our room...They accused us because they couldnt find who did it and they blocked the way outside of the hotel with their cars.We had to pay 150 euro for something we didnt do so we could leave from there otherwise they threatened us to hit us and block us the exit from the country.The staff is unpolite and rude...Beware of this hotel and keep away!!!!! There are several reports for this hotel and this kind of behavior!!!
