Sve preporuke za hotel osoblje ljubazno i nasmejano! Deca su uzivala pohvale za tim animatora koji su se maksimalno trudili da zabave decu! Jedina mala zamerka hrana je bila ukusna ali jednolicna!

A hotel with a water park, for vacations with children, in a good location, near the sea, the food is delicious and varied, they could play music by the pool all day and not only when the animators appear.A big minus the service in the pool bar, standing in a long queue, because the staff get their food first, and only then the guests. Recommend to others. Thanks to the staff for their understanding and service.

Poor free wifi , in the hotel web it says free wifi at the rooms but it was on extra payment.
Food not so tasty , in the restaurant there are a lot of flies hanging around the food and tables

Poor quality for a 4 star hotel. The first room was dirty, bad mildew in the bathroom, I had to ask for a different room. The second room was better, but still not clean enough for a 4 star standard. Breakfast was OK. I did not receive hardly any information from the staff at the reception, had to ask for everything. Had no idea until the last day that there is a fitness center or ping-pong table, wonder what else there was that I did not know about. Maybe it was only for the All inclusive customers, I don't know. No information in the room about services or how to use the TV, AC, or call the reception. Had to go down to the reception to ask how to call them from the room. On the plus side - my child liked the aqua park, it was a lot of fun for him. This hotel is very very large... there really should be more information at the reception for the guests.

The hotel was great, especially since we have small children who emjoyed the pool activities. The hotel is also clean and our rooms were made every day. The location is a little outside the center, but there were means of transport (train or buses) a few metres away from the main entrance. The only thing I was not so happy about was the food. It was not awful but eating the same food for seven days was boring and at the end we ended up eating outside from a restaurant. Not worth taking half board.

Room was clean and tidy and bins were emptied on a regular basis. The night club across the road are super loud. Avoid going in August, because it's super noisy and there are disco parties every night!

Good value for the price. Kids loved the swimming pool, but the food was awful. It's better to eat somewhere else.
