The hotel was a very good choice for a family with children. It was perfectly placed on the beach and close to stores and boutiques. Decent walk to the old center, maybe not for children and older people, but still doable (bus info would have helped, but i didn't ask at the hotel to be honest). Very friendly stuff, clean, large rooms, great food. On the food issue, at reception we were told that they are non salt options but i couldn't find information about it and the personal couldn't say.
The Bulgarian food night was great!!! Maybe more options with sea food would be nicer.

The wi-fi was really bad in the hotel, an improvement on this chapter would help the hotel a lot!
Overall, a pleasant stay, a lot of facilities and definitely worth the money.

I recommend the hotel as it is has best location - on the beach but also 20 min walk in a pleasant environment to the old city - but also for excellent services! definitely best value for money!!

We stayed at the Arsena in early Oct 08 and were the only guests as the resort was in shut down mode. Everything was clean, the staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful. Will stay again.
