â îòåëå ìû ñ æåíîé íå ïåðâûé ðàç îñîáåííî ðàäóåò ÷òî îòåëü ïîäíÿë ñâîé óðîâåíü â îáñëóæèâàíèå, óáîðêå íîìåðîâ, ëó÷øå ñòàëà åäà â ðåñòîðàíå, ïåðñîíàë âåæëèâûé è ïðîôåññèîíàëüíûé. Ñòàâëþ 100 çà ïðåáûâàíèå â îòåëå , â ñëåäóþùèé ðàç ìû íåïðåìåííî îñòàíîâèìñÿ â ýòîì æå íîìåðå ëþêñ íà 6 ýòàæå. Ñïàñèáî îò ìåíÿ è ñóïðóãè

Îñòàíàâëèâàåìñÿ â ýòîì îòåëå íå ïåðâûé ãîä, à èíîãäà è äâà ðàçà â ãîä. Âñå íðàâèòñÿ.
Íîìåðà õîðîøèå, óáîðêà íîìåðà êàæäûé äåíü.Ïåðñîíàë äîáðîæåëàòåëüíûé. Îòäåëüíîå ñïàñèáî òóðîïåðàòîðó îòåëÿ Äîêòîðîâîé Ýìèëèè.
Ôèíàíñîâûå ïðîáëåìû ðåøàþòñÿ îïåðàòèâíî.

Îòåëü ×åðíîå ìîðå õîðîøèé. ñðåäíåãî óðîâíÿ îòåëü.
 ýòîì ãîäó ïèòàíèå â îòåëå î÷åíü õîðîøåå è ðàçíîîáðàçíîå.
Íîìåðà æåëàþò áûòü íåìíîãî ïîëó÷øå( íå âäàþñü â ïîäðîáíîñòè)
Ðàçâëå÷åíèÿ ýòî êàçèíî è ïåøèå ïðîãóëêè ïî ïðèìîðñêîìó ïàðêó.
Åñëè ïîâåñòè èòîã , òî ïîëó÷àåòñÿ õîðîøàÿ ÷åòâåðêà èç 5 áàëîâ.
Ñïàñèáî ïåðñîíàëó, æäèòå â Àïðåëå 2015 ãîëà

Î÷åíü õîðîøèé ñåðâèñ è îáñëóæèâàíèå â îòåëå ×åðíîå ìîðå.
Ñïàñèáî, ïëàíèðóåì ïðèåõàòü â ñåíòÿáðå åùå ðàç.

Did not use the hotel for the casino. On arrival found the reception staff quite surly and the room was small with the polyester sheets providing little warmth. On the plus side there were nice views from the cocktail lounge at the top. An okay stay there but nothing more than that.

The hotel location is right in the heart of Varna. It's the tallest building and the view from the restaurant is excellent.
Our room was very large - one of the biggest I've stayed in but there was little in it. Some basic furniture and rock hard mattresses and pillows. TV was OK, quite a lot of channels but the bathroom was something out of the 1950s in style. Had a bath/shower but looked like it had certainly seen better days.
The hotel has a casino but didn't note any other facilities.
The included breakfast isn't really worth bothering with. Some uninspiring food and weak drinks.
I'm not sure whether this hotel is of good quality compared to others in the city but I feel there must be better though it was very cheap but didn't feel like 3 stars.

Hotel has a great location and view but it is not everything.
I have been there last week for 7 days and I am very disappointed.
Hotel has 14 levels but only on the level 4 and 6 you can find new refurbished rooms. All the rest rooms are like from the last century with big smell of cigarettes. Second day the housekeeper took my Biotherm cleansing gel and when I informed the reception they were laughing how can I claim for it !? Can you believe ? I wanted to speak with the director but he was very busy !!! When I asked for his phone number they told me it is impossible.
Also the breakfast restaurant on the top is very dirty. Dirty plates, glasses. The same food for all week. Better is pay a little more but receive better service.

This hotel is the ideal place to stay in when visiting Varna at anytime of the year. It is just at the centre of everything and no problems at all. Two of the girls at reception could improve on their manners especially when they switch speaking to bulgarian infront of you and you know it and feel it that they are 'complaining' about you. On the whole the rooms are very tidy. We stayed on the 5th floor which was lovely with views all around you. The restaurant is lovely and not expensive at all. Breakfast very good too. Oooops forgot one thing, I think its about time they changed the mattresses, they are very hard but you get used to it :)
