I have stayed at this hotel for many years now for skiing with a group of friends and it meets all our basic needs. On the negative side, there has been no visible investment in the hotel. This year we stayed on the 5th floor, and from the balcony you can see that the roof is virtually falling apart. The lift is tiny and not suitable for carrying large bags/suitcase. On the plus side, the variety of food has much improved over the last few years, however the hot food is still normally served barely warm, and the one microwave you have is old and unsuitable.

The food is average, but with a good selection. The entertainment is very good. This hotel has a very good atmosphere in the evening. The hotel has a repeat clientele and most guest know each other. A couple of grumbles I have, are that they have badly tuned piano in the lobby but no one is allowed to pkay it. Also, we were not allowed to play pool after 11pm! in spite of this we plan to return next year. I do hope they update and renovate the rooms.
Thisis a repeat review as I was the trip organiser and was asked to review the three families in my group.

Love staying at Snezhanka for its live entertainment and lobby area. Bar should be able to take card payments. Galina is really great so many thanks for her professional service and looking after us all

Very clean and comfortable but is a little dated. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. Hotel is good value for money. We have been coming here for years and the busy hotel lobby has a great atmosphere.

Hotel rooms are adequate, apartments have more room. Food at hotel is quite good, good selection of salad. Hot food selection is ok, but it it is never hot enough, but got over this by heating it up in microwave. Hotel bar area is quite large with plenty of seating. However, the fire they have burning makes this area so hot, not quite sure why they think this is good thing, as it makes you uncomfortable. There is a swimming pool, sauna and whirlpool bath (have to pay for whirlpool bath). There is two pool tables, a table tennis table, and table football. Joined onto hotel is Daks Irish Bar, which is quite lively in evenings and shows sports matches on tv’s. We stay at hotel as a large skiing group, and find it is perfectly adequate for our needs. It also provides shuttle bus to and from ski resort.

A great trip.Basic hotel but did represent value for money.
Rooms very warm and could not reduce room temperature which was uncomfortably warm.
Will definitely be back though.

We have stayed here this last 3 years, it is a lovely hotel, rooms are clean,basic facilities and the staff are friendly. It is good value for money. Location wise its a short free bus journey to the slopes, if there was one thing I would ask for would be a shuttle bus around lunch time, the bus runs from approx 8.30am to 10.30 and then nothing until 3pm. As I said staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, reception staff spoke great English and were always there. Again if there was 1 minor thing it would be that some of the staff would be standing around playing on their mobile phones. The swimming pool area has been repainted which is lovely, rooms are comfortable, warm and clean, we did have to ask for more towels as there weren't enough for the 4 of us. The sofa bed is just alright for comfort. The room has a fridge, kettle, microwave. Food is lovely, the four of us were well fed, we didn't get much of the entertainment but the nite we sat down in the reception area the guy playing guitar was brilliant, played great music and sung really well. I definitely would use this hotel again anf I hope those who own it keep investing in it.

The room was very noisy, definitely there is need of sound proof work. The lady in the SPA was very rude expecting me to know her rules about the use of sauna.

Food was bad , not much choice , very repetitive. From a country like Bulgaria you’d expect more choice of dairy and vegetables. WiFi was inexistent in rooms, very poor in the lobby too. Very disappointing about that especially when the website states that here is free WiFi.
During our stay the hotel was full with big groups of noisy children.
The room was very dusty throughout our stay , telephone was broken, tap was leaking, shower was very uncomfortable.
The good thing about the hotel was the lobby area which was relatively comfortable, live music , and the pool was nice.

The blond lady at the reception was extremely rude and unhelpful.
The cleanliness level of the hotel was not good. His hygiene was very poor.
Food was very flavorless and repeating itself. Breakfast had the same breakfast every day.
The hotel was very noisy. It was impossible to sit in the lobby from the noise. There were too many children. The children wandered around uncontrollably making noise.

The hotel needs updating. Very smelly room, furniture broken, curtains dirty and my mattress had a stain on it. Carpet very dirty. The smell in the room was so bad we couldn’t sleep all night. In the morning we complained and they have sent lady with air fresheners in. It made no difference whatsoever. Food is always cold but very tasty and fresh. We had about 100 Irish kids arrived and it was very noisy. We had to complain every day. The kids have been running and shouting on daily basis so forget about a bit of rest after you return from slopes! Alcohol and food prices are very reasonable. We will not be returning to Snezhanka hotel next year but will definitely return to pamorovo and will use Bulgariaski to book our package. Location is very good. Skiing in Bulgaria is lovely. We have been in Pamorovo 3 times.

The apartment we had was lovely and very big. Unfortunately it was constantly far too hot, we had to have the windows open all the time. The plug sockets came out of the wall, this was quite dangerous for our young children. The bed sheets were too small for the mattresses, we often ended up sleeping directly on the mattress which wasn't very pleasant.
The swimming pool was lovely but we were only able to use it once as the water was too cold.
The food was lovely, there was a very large selection to choose from and the restaurant was very pleasant.
Most of the reception staff were lovely and it was great to have the live guitarist in the foyer, even if we didn't have much time to listen to him.
We would not book the hotel through Profi tours again, Galina has to be one of the most unpleasant, rude people that we have ever met.

I have now stayed at the hotel twice over the last two years. I had such a good time I hope to stay at the hotel twice next year! The hotel bedrooms are a bit basic but generally acceptable. Staff always very pleasant and friendly. Skiing excellent for family and friends groups.

We have stayed in this hotel 7 times now and find it perfect for us. The room we had this year was smaller than usual but was still fine. The food at dinner is average and there is always a selection of dishes to choose from so you can usually find something you like. All in all another lovely stay, very happy.

I have been there already twice with my family. Hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly and always ready to help. Rooms were clean and warm. The tour operator - excellent. Definitely will book again with them in future.

Õîòåëà å ñ õóáàâî ðàçïîëîæåíèå, õðàíàòà-÷óäåñíà, îáñëóæâàíåòî-ìíîãî äîáðî, ñòàÿòà íèùî îñîáåíî, â äåíÿ íà çàìèíàâàíåòî íè â 9,30÷. ñóòðèíòà ñïðÿõà èçöÿëî òîïëàòà âîäà.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant,the room was lovely and the fire place in the room was a lovely touch. The variety of food offered was good although sometimes cold. Some staff were friendly and others not so much. I was dissatisfied with the transport to the ski school in the mornings as this was at times unreliable and not as regular as ither hotels in the area.

The bar staff in this hotel (downstairs) are the best thing about this hotel,everything else is tired(especially the staff-no one can be bothered and I don't think its a language issue-they 'd sooner be smoking and talking to each other)Any complaints made re the noise of other parties are ignored by the staff and the school teachers representing them-very very poor customer service.Galina who made our reservation is fabulous and did her job brilliantly its a shame the hotel management do not use her and their bar staff to teach the others how to work in a tourist resort

This is a nice hotel. Friendly staff, clean room. If your the sort of person that only wants to eat egg & chips when you're abroad then this hotel is not for you! If you're like me and like to try the local food then you won't be disappointed. Bus to the slopes stops right outside and takes less than 10 minutes to the ski depot.Swimming pool a bit cold but otherwise good.
Had a fantastic massage at very reasonable price.

Fantastic - couldn't fault it. Very family friendly, in fact they love kids. Clean and friendly with excellent facilities. Staff at the hotel couldn’t do enough for us.
The traditional Bulgarian restaurant in the basement was superb and we were so well looked after. Only criticism was the pool a little cold but otherwise everything was spot on. Internet café, shops, bar.
Couldn't ask for a better location - it is central to all the bars and restaurants and the ski bus starts right outside so you are guaranteed a seat. When it is full, it just sails past all those waiting outside their hotels!!
Daks bar (also downstairs) has an excellent atmosphere and offers great family meals. You can access the rest of Pamps by crossing the car park and entering the rear of the Perelik. From here you can get through most of he central bars and hotels without setting foot outside as they are interlinked by underground passages.
Apartments well kitted out and many with great views – ours was stunning. Beds very very comfy and always hot water for showers.

We stayed at the Snezhanka over February half term and loved it so much that we've booked to return next year. The top floor room we had was quite small but warm and comfortable and had stunning views from the balcony. There was plenty of hot water too.
Meals were ok and plentiful - we've been to Bulgaria before and weren't expecting 5* cuisine. Staff were pleasant anf friendly.
The best thing for us was the position of the hotel - it was in the centre of the resort and was the first pickup for the ski buses every morning, which meant that there was always an empty bus waiting outside the hotel.
The skiing this year was fantastic - so much better than last year. We travelled with Thomson, and their rep was excellent - she really looked after her customers and was always easy to contact.
