Èçêàðàõìå ïðèÿòíî. Ïåðñîíàëúò - ëþáåçåí è îòçèâ÷èâ. Àíèìàòîðèòå - ïðåêðàñíè. Áàñåéíèòå - ìíîãî äîáðå ïîääúðæàíè. Íà ïëàæà ãðåäà - øåçëîíãè è ÷àäúð ïî äåñåòà÷êà. À óæ áÿõà êúì õîòåëà. Õðàíàòà - åäíîîáðàçíà. Ðåñòîðàíòúò - êðàéíî íåäîñòàòú÷åí êàïàöèòåò ñïðÿìî áðîÿ íà ïî÷èâàùèòå. Áèõìå ïîñåòèëè õîòåëà îòíîâî íàé-âå÷å çàðàäè ëîêàöèÿòà è ïðåêðàñíèòå àíèìàòîðè.

Hotel spotlessly clean -Staff very very polite & helpful - especially the manager Kaloyan - he is a truly amazing guy - we (me , my wife & 2 adult sons) found ourselves in a very unpleasant situation that could have ruined the rest our holiday had it not been for Kaloyan & his staff - also our Jet2 rep Annie - what a wonderful young lady. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to feel at home 5 star+

Except of very possitive feeling, there were some points to figure out for improve.
- very poor internet connection even thow there is a lot of access points.
- accesories in the bathroom should be maintaind - dropping water from toilet, rust along the bath...
- green cilias in the channel along ghe pool

We had a lovely week in the Festa Panorama Hotel, Nessebar. The staff, with only a couple of exceptions, were very amiable and extremely polite. Our room, although in need of updating, was comfortable and the view from our balcony was a lovely sight to wake up to. The food was not a great standard but you would certainly not starve...there was always something to choose. We recommend the omelettes for breakfast and the young man making them is a delight!

Although having made a reversation in May which was duly confirmed and paid, one and hallf day before our stay, we were informed that a whole floor of the hotel was flooded and we could not be accommodated. We were offered other hotels in completely different locations which we absolutely refused. After a scandal over the phone which completely spoiled the start of our holiday, we were informed that finally we could be accommodated in Festa Panorama. Needless to say, when we arrived in the hotel, there wasn't a single trace of flooding. This was aslo confirmed by the staff although the front manager till the end insisted that the was a piping problem in "some" rooms (but not a whole floor). The hotel was full, so problems with overbooking should not be trasfered to guests! As a Bulgarian working in an international organisation, I will be very unlikely to recommend your hotel (which is otherwise quite ok) to any colleague or friend due to the very unpleasant experience with the reservation office of your hotel.

V edna ot staite mivkata be zapushena I stojkata za dush schupena. Prez pyrvite dni problemite bqha otstraneni sled mnogokratno napomnqne.

good situated proper and good hotel, the animation crew really did a great job with constant optimism and action, the food was good to altough the frites were pretty old sometimes just like other foods but good in overal.

We stayd at Festa Panorama Hotel on September 2013 for one week. From the first moment, everything went very well: the questions I asked via email from ProfiTours, were replied fast and I got the extra inormation I needed. Our wish was to have a quiet rooms from 6th florr, and so we did! The location of the hotel is superb: everything is near, the sea, old nessebar, shops, buses ets.
Some little minus things: the steps to the indoor pool were broken and so my old mother couldn´t get in to the pool. I suppose You´ll fix those until next time we come. Some members of the staff on the pool bar couldn´t speak English at all, so it was quite difficult to order for example a sandwich with ham - he tried to give me a hamburger. A piece of paper with items You could get from the pool bar, would help.
In spite of those little things, we were more happy with our holiday and defenately will come back next year!!!

Very good positioning, close to Sunny Beach and very nice view.
This hotel needs renovation. There was mold in the bathroom. The walls were dirty.
No mini-bar in the room.
The snacks were served only between 15:00 and 16:00, don't call this all inclusive!

Îïðåäëåíî õîòåëà ñè çàñëóæàâà. Êóõíÿòà å ïðåâúçõîäíà, îáñëóæâàíåòî è ïåðñîíàëà ñà íà íèâî è íå íà ïîñëåäíî ìÿñòî àíèìàòîðèòå.
Îòíîñíî ñòàèòå - íÿìàì íèêàêâè çàáåëæêè.
Èìàì åäíà ïðåïîðúêà - äîáðå å öåíàòà íà ïàðêèíãà äà ñå âêëþ÷âà â öåíàòà, à íå äà ñå çàïëàùà äîïúëíèòåëíî íà ìÿñòî.

I've just returned from Festa Panorama. The place is great.The rooms are clean, the swimming pools are comfortable (indoor and outdoor) and all people there are very friendly, especially the entertaining team who does their best for the guests. Don't miss the show every evening (games, sketches, dancing, singing...). It's a great fun, especially for kids.

Nulle part il n'est indiqué que les hôtels sont accessibles aux chaises roulantes (rampes d'accès).
Je trouve que c'est indispensable et j'espère que vous mentionnerez ces indications et vous en remercie d'avance.

I went here for two weeks last year. IT was probably the best hotel ive been to so far. Food was amazing. Rooms were huge and comforable. Unfortunatley I didnt know it was a nudist hotel, and it was a bit uncomforable for me and my family at times (partys and in the pool)..Other than that I highly recommend this amazing pool.My number 1 choice of accomodation in Bulgaria!

We stayed hre two years ago, so much disappointed this time when food in the evening had gone totally downhill and ate out 4/7 nights, though breakfast god. As it is mostly catered for germans (apparently only 30 rooms set aside for English,) you would hope that you could find some food to suit and as there were 4 of us we found nothing. The place is on another note absolutely immaculate and if Bed and Breakfast available would go back.

I found this hotel to be very very clean the cleaning ladies never seem to stop morning noon and night.
although they seem to cater alot for germans here we were still able to enjoy ourselfs and had a brilliant holiday.
the old town is a must abit tricky if you have a pushchair but you manage.
The prices at the hotel is alot more than outside hotel and make sure you agree how much for taxis before you get in them
