Great place, will definitely recommend it. Nice big clean room, very close to the beach. Staff were very friendly apart from the odd one or two barstaff. Food was never a problem and plenty of it.

LTI Neptun Beach hotel
The hotel is located in the middle of the resort and it´s close to the beach. Everything in the hotel was clean, rooms were cleaned every day, food was fantastic. The things I can point to are that the animation team in the hotel didn´t carry out any program for adults. Gr8 resort!

Hi, my family and I enjoyed our holidays (29.07 - 09.08.2009) at this hotel.
It was very good and relaxed.

Ich Fliege 2009 das 8 mal in das Hotel,
das sagt doch alles.
Zimmer sauber,Personal super und über das
Essen kann man sich nicht beschweren.
Das Hotel ist wunderbar.

This was the best holiday ever so much went twice both at this hotel. No complaints. So wish I was going back. If going to Bulgaria choose this holiday it's central and a excellent choice.

I have been to Bulgaria 2years running and I hope to visit again this year. The hotel was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff and the hotel it self was kept very well maintained and clean. My only fault with the hotel was the food but of course everyones taste differ. I would recommend this hotel to anyone but just beware of the Germans who do try taking over with their outragousliy bad manors.

We have recently returned from a week at the Neptun Hotel in beautiful Bulgaria. The hotel is perfectly situated only a small promenade sits between the hotel and the beach, the hotel was spotlessly clean everywhere, the staff were friendly, but I'm suprised that they were, due to quite a few ignorant people who forgot to take their manners on holiday with them!!! The food was'nt great, but was just ok, we didnt starve. All in all the holiday was lovely, apart from the ignorant people (Mostly GERMAN) in the hotel that dont understand how to queue for things and how to day "Please" & "Thank you ..

i have stayed in hotel neptun for two weeks the hotel rooms really lovely , and the hotel lovely ,the only fault we had are the STAFF in the restaurant they never smiled which was a pity as every one likes to see a smiling face .
we were going to go back again as we liked the resort and the hotel but .... they will have to improve on their staff .
