Bardzo slaba higiena, wysyskiwanie dodatkowych pieniedzy przy opcji "ultra All inklusive " to znaczy np. płatny parking, odplatne atrakcje dla dzieci. Drinks teagedia, w przydroznych tanich barach robia lepsze. A czystosc na 5 gwiazdkowy hotel tragedia. Makaymalnie dostali by 3 gwiazdki w Europejskim standardzie...

The experience was very pleasant from the moment we checked in until we left. The room was big with a nice balcony, and the food was good, with something for everybody and everyday something new. Activities everyday, fun to stay at the hotel. Events for kids. Family oriented.

it was the second time we stayed in this hotel and every time the food was horrible.
we were obliged to eat in town and spent extra money on this, even if we was in all inclusive service.
the only meal that was ok was breakfast, the rest being..poor.
the rooms was big, clean, comfortable.
the cleaning team was ok; the towels were changed every day.
the pool clean and safe for children
parking - 12 leva/day - ok
5 minutes until the beach - clean, 10 leva umbrella and 10 leva each chair
it is a pity that such a nice hotel has such a bad restaurant

Ñìåëî ðåêîìåíäóþ îòåëü - íîâûé (âñåãî 10 ëåò), êðàñèâûé (ìðàìîð, êðåñëà à-ëÿ Ëþäîâèê XVI), ïðîñòîð (íîìåðà íå òåñíûå, î÷åíü óäîáíûå). Õîðîøåå ïèòàíèå, íî áåç îñîáûõ èçëèøåñòâ òèïà êðåâåòîê è êàëüìàðîâ (êàê â ñîñåäíåì îòåëå Laguna Park). Ñëàáàÿ àíèìàöèÿ - çàñòàë òîëüêî âå÷åðíèé ñåàíñ èãðû â ëîòî. Ñ äðóãîé ñòîðîíû, ïðèåõàë â êîíöå ñåçîíà (ñåðåäèíà ñåíòÿáðÿ) - âåðîÿòíî, ëåòîì ðàçâëå÷åíèé áîëüøå. Îòëè÷íàÿ âíóòðåííÿÿ òåððèòîðèÿ è áàññåéí. Î÷åíü äîâîëåí.

The minisuite was big but not very tidy.
The restaurant was a pig stable. So dirty and full of rude people. At the buffet you always had to call someone because there was no food. This may be a 5 star hotel for east-europeans of poor countries but certainly not for the west-europeans who are used to luxury and polite behavour.

certainly not 5 star hotel food nearly always just warm not much choice either, rooms quite nice but pink carpets a bit grubby would not recomend this hotel for english tourists

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren.
Das Personal im Hotel ist eine Zumutung! Freundlichkeit ist besonders im "Restaurant", wenn man das dazu sagen kann, ein Fremdwort. Der "Empfangschef" des sogenannten Restaurants gehört sofort entlassen. Eigentlich gehört er verprügelt, aber das verbot meine gute Erziehung.
Sauberkeit in den Zimmer ließ sich selbst mit Trinkgeldern nicht erreichen. Das gesamte Personal machte den Eindruck, es handelt sich um Praktikanten, sonst ließe sich auch der Bentley vorm Eingang nicht finanzieren.
Fazit: Bulgarien gerne wieder, aber nicht im Hotel Planeta.
