Good value for money, excelent staff. The check-in system is a bit complicated, there should be more staff at the reception or the system should be simplified. The sales manager is very competent, he quickly finds solutions and solutions for customers' problems. Thank you for my little girl’s birtday party!

It's better than expected. Our child was happy. Other children around seem happy too :)
This hotel is in quiet part of Sunny Beach. The sea is near. Also there are lot of things for children around hotel: trampolines, fruits, aquapark, horses, fishes and more.
Note: You should go to the centre of Sunny Beach for hard-drinking, dancing etc. Not here ;)

Did not go there with high expectations, but everything was superb! Reception staff, bar and restaurant staff, rooms, pool area - it is much better than in other hotels with "all inclusive" service. We really likes Spa area, it was luxury and no other people as they make reservations so, that it wont be crowded.
Variety of food - we did not expect to get for example shark meat, mussels and shrimps - amazing!
Small minus - reception did not have maps of the area and bus shedules (it applies to only one girl, that wasn't helpful), others found and printed everything we asked.
Special thanks goes to animation team, especially to Dimitrin, he was highlight of our stay there - he deserves best employee award and much more! Treat him right, really rearly to find such honest, entertaining and smart person!
We will come back next year!

We stayed in B-wing. There is only one small lift. It is absolutely not enough. The staff use the same lift and they have difficulties with their equipments to get a free lift.

This hotel was a really positive surprise for us. Service is excellent, serving needs also for young people, couples, families and older people. Only one feedback: despite we put outside the room door the 'do not disturb' card, the lady was coming inside and packing our things no matter what we were saying to her. olease honour our privacy :)

Today we returned from Bulgaria.
The hotel is nice but the staff at the reception inattentive and surly. Makeup in the shower do not deliver on its end. Even at our request to deliver makeup no one responded.
On the day when we were checking out at the reception nobody said goodbye to us, no reaction at all from the staff they did not care...
Common positive and friendly people that were - animation team, the guards and the bartender in the lobby.

We rested 7 days with 5 year old child.
Beautiful hotel, beautiful new building, good location.
We arrived at the hotel at 13.30 and settled into our room at 14.30 and that so long as the reception staff very inattentive.
We were not even offered of a glass of water when we were waiting to check-in.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. Only beauty acessories in the bathroom is not delivered when ended even on our asking no one responded, and nothing we have not delivered.
Kitchen is delicious, great selection of food and beverages. The waiters are friendly, quickly picked up dirty dishes.
It was more upset not care and not friendly staff at the reception.
When we left no one even told us -goodbye! or -thank you for visiting our hotel-
Most were friendlier guards, animation group and barman in the lobby.

Îòäûõàëè ñ ìóæåì â èþëå. Âñå ïîíðàâèëîñü:àòìîñôåðà, îáñëóæèâàíèå, ïèòàíèå.... Îòëè÷íî äëÿ ñåìåéíîãî îòäûõà. Î÷åíü áîëüøîé +, ÷òî áîëüøîé áàññåéí - õâàòàåò ìåñòà äëÿ âñåõ(äåòñêèé îòäåëüíî).
Îêàçàëîñü ïðèåìóùåñòâîì, ÷òî îòåëü íà îêðàèíå: áëèçêî ê Íåñåáðó, íå òàê øóìíî(äà è öåíû â ìàãàçèíàõ íèæå ÷åì â öåíòðå)
Íà ïðåòåíçèè ðåàãèðóþò ìîìåíòàëüíî: ó íàñ êàê-òî íå óáðàëè áàëêîí, ïîñëå æàëîáû íà ðåñåïøåíå - ñðàçó èçâèíèëèñü, ïðèøëà äåâóøêà - âñå óãîëêè ïðîâåðèëà, à ñëåäîì çà íåé ïðèøëè è âñå óáðàëè: áîëüøå íèêàêèõ êîíôóçîâ çà âñå âðåìÿ íå áûëî.

Â÷åðà òîëüêî âåðíóëèñü èç Áîëãàðèè, îòäûõàëè â ýòîì îòåëå. Îòåëü íîâåíüêèé, âñå ÷èñòî è î÷åíü êðàñèâî. Èç îêíà âèä áóäåò ëèáî íà äîðîãó, è îòåëè, ñòîÿùèå ó åå îáî÷èíû ëèáî íà âíóòðåííèé äâîðèê è áàññåéí, íà ìîðå âèäà íåò. Ïåðñîíàë âåæëèâûé, óëûá÷èâûé, ãîòîâûé ê äèàëîãó. Ðåñòîðàí î÷åíü êðàñèâûé, âåñü â áåëîì öâåòå. Åäà õîðîøàÿ, ðàçíîîáðàçíàÿ, èç íàïèòêîâ ãàçèðîâàííûå êîëà, îðàíæ è ò.ï., ïðîñòî ÷èñòàÿ âîäà, âå÷åðîì âèíî, ïèâî - âñå ýòî â àâòîìàòàõ.
