Spent 4 nights in mid May 2008. The staff was friendly and the food in th restaurant was good, especially the assorted grill. The area is superb and the air is so pure.

I have stayed there with my family 3 times. The facilities are absolutely first class as was the food. The staff were most courtioius and keen to help,despite the language barrier.
The rooms were a bit modern for uor taste but there was nothing wrong ...

i have stay there 2 times.one in the whirlpool bath suite and 1 in the small double room.
the staff and food was perfect for bulgarian standards...but hotel is too trendy for my taste with out balconys...good spa with nice prices....stay here if you ...

Stayed april 2008 in apartment room which was large well decorated and very plesent, found hotel to be very well run, friendly helpful staff, with good food, would certainly reccomend and return to.

A beautiful hotel, the food is second to none, a Bulgarian chef trained to amazing standards in Germany, me and my girl friend were pleased to stay here
