Kamila hotel was perfect for our large group, breakfast was the best we’ve had in Pamporovo in 10 years we’ve been visiting. Evening meal options were also very good as was the restaurant attached to the hotel.
Staff were friendly, spa was great.
All round a perfect stay would definitely return to Kamila Hotel

Great choice if you’re with family and you like the big apartments and good food . It is ski-in & ski-out place. Stuff is excellent and very friendly. Clean and cozy apartments, small but nice spa with all you need , garage , room service, everything very good.
This is very friendly hotel .

The apartment was spacious. We had a big issue as at the bar they were moving furniture every night and also at 7 o clock in the morning

This was our third visit to Pamporovo. We stayed in the Kamelia hotel this time so were right on the slopes. It was really handy. The hotel was nice. Friendly staff and food was pretty good too.

The staff and location were excellent. The food was presented very nicely but it was not always suitable for non Bulgarian guests. Some nights it was good , there was one night where a lot of our party struggled to find anything to eat. As we are not Bulgarian, our food tastes are very different. We woudl like to have an option to have plain chicken every night. but the staff were very nice and the location was very good. One issue we did have was the noise in the bedroom at night. There were dogs outside , people up and down the corridors and it sounded like furniture was being moved in the apartment above us all night, sometimes as late as 3am.

Хотела с отлична локация и добре отоплен. Храната беше приемлива, макар че имам малки забележки,например,че не предлагаха голяма минерална вода. Персонала беше любезен. Голямото ми разочарование дойде от спа зоната-първо че трябваше да платя наем за халатите по 5 лв. бройката(за пръв път ми се случва). Басейн зоната е много посредствена за толкова голям хотел. Водата беше студена, шезлонгите само 6(шест). Джакузито трябва да заявиш на рецепция да ти го пуснат. Като цяло хотела е приятен(ако изключим Спа зоната).

I had to sleep on the sofa/couch and it was terrible until a asked at the reception for a topper/mattress and it was ok. Maybe it would be great in the future for you to ask the customer if they want a topper. Thanks!

I’ve stayed at Kamelia on several occasions and it never fails to disappoint. Great location, great rooms and decent food. Just a 5 minute stroll to the ski lift makes for an easy skiing break.

Апартхотелът е чудесен, апартаментите са топли, спретнати и добре оборудвани. Изключително близо до лифта, плюс малката писта до него, го прави още по-привлекателен.
Храната е вкусна и достатъчно разнообразна.
Навсякъде е топло, дори много топло, с изключение на басейна, което е голям минус. И помещението и водата са хладки, в никакъв случай топли. Става за активно плуване, ако сте фенове на 20тина дължини за отскок, е идеален. За деца, особено малки под 9-10години не.
Водата е уж 30 градуса, но със сигурност не е. Влезте в някои от групите за почивка на планина във Facebook и може във всеки коментар да прочетете същото.
Основният минус за мен и затова лятото не бих посетила хотела, е че ресторантът е под земята. Няма шанс да се храниш на открито, плюс имаше гости, които си палеха електронните цигари вътре, като персоналът само казаха, че било разрешено. Не караме ски, идваме с малки деца само за чистия въздух и няколко спускания с шейни. И за съжаление само в България продължава да е нещо нормално докато си в затворено помещение за хранене да си позволяваш да пушиш. Винаги има дим, винаги има миризма.

Имаме само една забележка. Всички халати и кърпи миришеха силно на цигарен дим. Очевидно персоналът пуши близо до тях. Не е приятно. Пожелаваме на мениджърския екип да вземе мерки като посочи на персонала място, което да е топло през зимата и където могат да пушат без това да пречи на почиващите.

Чаршафите сякаш не бяха от памук, а също и леглото беше пружинесто и не мн.удобно. В детския кът беше голям задух и жега. Вс.останало беше прекрасно. Храната, беше най-добрата, на която сме попадали в хотел, а сме посещавали много. Невероятна гледка, страхотна природа наоколо. Перфектна организация на персонала, мн.любезни, професионално отношение. Бихме го посетили отново с удоволствие. Не ми хареса и че няма места за мн.време напред в едноспални апартаменти. Ако има свободни двуспални, може да се отдават като едноспални. Липсваше ни и втора тоалетна. Като цяло, най-добрият хотел досега. Благодарим!

The hotel is conveniently located to the middle ski station and that was the reason for choosing it. Unfortunately, the front desk staff fall short on customer service and customer satisfaction. The attitude is very unwelcoming and there is a serious lack of communication with the guests.

Great location , exelent facilities......very poor management, extremely dangerous due to none working fire alarm and untrained staff .
Real fire on 20/02/2020 luckily no one injured , But ...fire alarm didn’t work, staff didn’t know what to do or didn’t follow the procedure in real fire - make sure all guests are out safe and make sure no one left in rooms . Movements up and down through the floors during the fire , completely out of control . Very poor communication/ information staff/ guests ( our group was 8 in total - Bulgarian / English speaking and none of us received any info ) .... guests organised themselves to help with “ evacuation “. One word ..... total fiasco .

We loved the accomodation, the only minus that i would chat about is about the man workind at the pool who is very unpolite ( we had no problem with the facy that he closwd the pool at 8:30pm although the program was until 9pm, but the way he communicates is suitable for such a hotel). He also told us that for starting the jacuzzy we had to push a button, while tje lady from the reception told us that he has a remote and there is no button.

I was an organizer of group of friends and relatives staying in your hotel. In total 6 adults, 2 juniors and 4 kids === 12 persons!!!
I am happy what baddest room and service i get.
We stay in hotel from 03012020.
My room 310. Friends room 5xx and my brother family room 10xx.
We ordered them in advance but received as rest.
1) we ask at same level --- no!!!
2) 310 --- no window view at all, problems with laminate cover in bedroom, problems with shower - weak pressure of water in the shower from shower, Just 1 50l water heater for family 4 persons and just 1 toilet with hand made water collector from ventilation, low light --- you can put more powerful lamps due too low light from windows at 3 level!!!
5xx --- yellow water in shower!!! Only 10xx haven't troubles and with 2 toilet rooms.
3) We payed same price per room per day in advance and received 3 different types rooms.
4) Room 310 ask for 1 more night was confirmed at reception at 04012020, but 07012020 we faced with problem to enter at room --- reception not changed our keys at time.
5) After finish of our booking --- rooms 10xx and 5xx received pocket with Kamelia marketing materials-presents, but for room 310 --- NO.
I am happy what i as organizer of our vacation received 310, not other 2 families but i am sure what you can compensate this small problems to me now or in future because this is our 5 visit Pamporovo and we are looking for good conditions and best service. Тази година по няколко причини останахме по-недоволни в сравнение с предни почивки в същия хотел а именно:
1. Басейна - в сравнение с предните години беше с по-студена вода и прекалено много химия във водата. Някои хора започваха да кашлят след кратък престой във водата от миризмата. Със сигурност не подходящ за деца.
2. Спиране на тока - няколко дни от престоя имаше прекъсвания на тока, което ни затруднява като семейство с деца в стая на 9-тия етаж.
3. Аниматори - лоши впечатления като цяло. Много силна музика вечер след 21 часа, което не е много подходящо за децата. Имайки предвид, че повечето хора искат да станат рано за да карат ски, избора на аниматори и занимания за децата тази година беше лош.
Ако решим да изберем пак този хотел, ще е най-вече заради удобното местоположение (на ски писта) и възможността да се карат ски без да се налага пътуване с автобус/кола.

Great value for money, decent food, good bar and relaxed atmosphere.
The pool and spa are a great addition plus the play area is great to entertain kids.
Lack of bus transfer from the ski centre to the hotel each day is an issue.
Whilst you can use the lifts it would be handy to have a bus connection like other hotels.

В общем отдых прошёл хорошо. Мы отдыхали в номере с 3 спальнями на 11 этаже. Номер комфортабельный, большой, очень тёплый, убирали в номере на 4 из 5. Большой плюс , что услуги Релакс зоны входят в стоимость проживания, единственный минус: в бассейне много хлорки. Очень приятный мужчина в ски- центре, всегда был очень внимателен к нам при выборе лыж. Детский лыжный сад понравился, за 3 дня инструктор поставил нашего 5-летнего сына на лыжи, за что ему очень благодарны. Завтраки в ресторане в этом году более скудные, в прошлом году ассортимент был намного шире, в обед в ресторане очень долго готовили, мы ждали супы и пиццу минут 30-40, а горячие блюда час, и это при пустом ресторане. Но персонал в ресторане внимательный и обходительный. В ресторане на улице ( механа) все было вкусно и быстро, мы там обедали и ужинали, заказывали целого баранчика на вертеле, было супер.
В целом отель произвёл на нас очень приятное впечатление, как и в прошлом году.
Минусы: часто не работал лифт; не расчищали снег возле отеля; релаксзона закрывалась всегда на полчаса раньше указанного времени

The location of the hotel is great. If snow conditions are good, you can Ski in and Ski out. However it can be just as east to walk to the mid station. Accommodation is clean, warm and comfortable. However the kitchen facilities are very limited. They have a nice Spa area and some great massages on offer. The biggest let down of the hotel, is some of the staff, in particular some of the reception staff. I found them rude, unhelpful when I was dealing with a certain issue. And a smile wouldnt go amiss.

Lovely hotel in great location for ski out . Been twice and hope to return again next year. We have stayed in several hotels in the area and this is the best . Rooms are large, clean, very comfortable and room service spot on. Food is great in the hotel and there is something for everyone, including my fussy teenagers. The BBQ attached to hotel is fab, note this is not part of the half board . They had a new pancake maker at breakfast which was very tasty. I had a spa treatment this year which was fab and very reasonable too. We didn’t use the hotel entertainment as more for young children but we did play Pool in bar area. We tended to have a drink and go for tea after the busy time around 8.30.
Can’t fault the place for families. Would highly recommend to everyone . From the hotel website booking page you can book competitively priced transfers from airport and also ski packages , which makes things easier too, so you only need to arrange your flights. Holiday reps friendly and helpful as always x

The hotel was perfect for our young family. The location was an easy walk to the lift. The rooms were huge and very well equipped. The facilities were excellent and we very much enjoyed the food.

The location could not be faulted,sadly the staff let the Hotel down .I asked a lady on reception if there was a local supermarket to buy some milk and she said no and I would need a taxi to go to the supermarket,only to find a local supermarket less than a five minute walk away....And the restaurant manager charged my son 4 lev for two small glasses of milk so we could have a cup of tea.The breakfast was awful my sons went once and did not go again ,That said there was one friendly person in the restaurant .There was also a very rude barman ,but he did cheer up three days later .I know there is a massive language barrier but a smile on a face is the same everywhere in the world and that was missing at the Hotel.I would not stay at this hotel again and certainly would not recommend it to anyone.

Прекрасен хотел със страхотна локация. Като цяло сме доволни.
Забележките тази година идват след сравнение с предходен престой, когато обслужването е било на по-високо ниво.
Този път басейнэт беше мръсен и съответно не го използвахме.
Сервитьорите в ресторанта бяха изключително недружелюбни тази година, някои от тях в постоянно мрачно и нацупено настроение и съответно с бавно обслужване.
Относно сервитьор Мария - недопустимо е да работиш с явна досада, бавно и да сервираш напитки, като носиш бутилките хванати високо за гърлата при положение, че са отворени. Усмивката отваря много врати!

Были первый раз, отдых в отеле нам понравился. Импонирует то, что с детьми очень комфортно. Завтрак в ресторане разнообразный, нас спасало, что каждый день были хлопья с молоком для детей. Обедали и ужинали почти все время в барбекю, у них очень вкусное мясо: суджук по- конски, ханска плитка-это то, что старшие дети заказывали каждый день. Детский лыжный сад-очень хорошая идея, очень внимательный аниматор Олег, спасибо ему большое! Очень удобно, что лыжное оборудование можно брать не выходя из отеля. Очень удобное расположение отеля. Во всем отеле и в номере, в частности, было тепло, что понравилось . Спасибо-центр чистый, девочки -обслуживающий персонал внимательны к посетителям.
Есть некоторые нарекания к номеру: некоторые розетки выпадали, под кроватью оказались чужие носки, видимо от прошлых посетителей. Расстроило то, что в нашем номере не работал камин.
Но несмотря на некоторые нарекания, мы в следующем году опять планируем приехать.

We ve stayed in Kamelia twice now purely due to hotel s excellent location. The two bedroom apartments are nice enough and decent size, allthough some furniture could do with an update.
The hotel is extremely hot and we had to turn down all the radiators and keep windows open in mid March to keep the temperature bearable.
The bar staff was the biggest let-down. All barmen we met were so rood and unhelpful it put us off coming down for a drink some nights.Also they don t serve wine by a glass at the bar or restaurant:(
Buffet food is fine if you r not too picky. On site BBQ restaurant is AMAZING!

Had a great stay with family and friends. We have been to Pamporovo 4 times and this is the only hotel I feel I want to return to. The hotel was clean and room service brilliant. There was always something our kids found to eat in the restaurant which is a first too.

Много хубаво място, където има положително настроение! Харесаха ни цветята по балконите, оригиналните идеи за саксии, дизайнът и разпределението на стаите. Възможност за подобрение: възглавниците - прекалено обемни и жилави, гръбнакът не е в права линия спрямо врата. Проучете как може да се осигури отмора на врата и гърба. The hotel is great - big apartments, very warm, lots of entertainment for kids, food is decent as variety and of very good taste. The ski kindergarten is a great way to introduce the kids to skiing for a fair price.
On the negative side - the internet was non-existent in 2017. You have to pay for the spa robe, slippers and each use of sauna. This should be included in the price for the stay.

The hotel met and in some cases exceeded expectations, the bar staff were particularly friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel was very much geared towards families offering children's entertainment(if you wished to use this service). The hotel was in a great location for skiing and close to additional bars and restaurants. The hotel restaurant offered pretty good food and a good choice of hot and cold meals so we didn't visit any other restaurants during the evening. My children used the swimming pool on a daily basis as well as the billiards table (5 lev per hr) and table tennis (3 lev per hr) we were made aware of these charges when we received our room bill on the last day, charges of 15 lev were also charged for using the sauna. I would have appreciated upfront knowledge of these charges and believed such charges would have been included within the cost of our Half Board stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and was very happy with the staff and facilities overall.

I canceled my travel because my wife is child-bearing.
The doctor advised us to stay at home because is risk pregnancy.
In vaucher was write the free cancelation big red type but in bottom text small type was write penality for cancelation 45e.
Althoug I was document of doctor for keeping pregnancy for my wife, the agency was removed from my account the 45 euros. It thihk that is no fair and I never reserved in this agency. Otherwise I was 3 years yet on Pamporovo, I lead a group of my friends.

We rented a 2 bed apartment which was pleasantly decorated, clean, and quite spacious. The kitchen area was well equipped and had everything but a plug to do the washing up and one was not provided even after asking. The only other complaint was that the beds in the second bedroom were very narrow, only 2'6" or so and our teenage kids had trouble fitting into them. The boiler in the apartment did not hold enough hot water for four showers so we had to be careful to stagger them.
It was the end of the ski season so we were one of the few families there. The staff were pleasant and courteous, spoke reasonable english and were very helpful (apart from the plug!).
The amenities were fine with a small swimming pool and relaxing area, table tennis, pool, bar and tavern, but it was a shame that use of the spa was not included as, for a family of four, it got expensive to use it more than a couple of times. Didn't use the outdoor football pitch but watched others from our balcony having fun on it.
The location was great, close to Mid-station and the bottom of "The Wall", if we had had more snow, could have been a ski-in ski-out. However we were unlucky to have one of the warmest springs for 20 years. Pamporovo Village was a short walk and ski lift away.
Our main complaint would be about the food. We booked half-board as I wasn't sure how far from shops and restaurants we would be and we regretted it. Breakfast was buffet style and was passable, but shortly into our stay our buffet style evening meal was replaced with a very limited menu (probably due to lack of guests). The children stooped eating the pasta when I was ill one night from the Carbonara. I ended up cooking for the kids more than eating there which was a shame. The taverna attached had a much greater range of food on offer but we were not allowed to eat there instead unless we paid for the food which sort of defeated the object.
Overall, the accommodation was fine and a good size for a family of four. We would go back there to stay but would not opt for the half board option just breakfast.

На рецепция нямаха информация дали работи нощната писта - задължително е един такъв хотел, в който основните почиващи са скиори/сноубордисти е да има информация за състоянието на пистите и съоръженията, а не да разкарват хората до пистата за да си проверят сами.
Препоръчвам в ресторанта да се набляга не толкова на разнообразието на храната, колкото на качеството.

Ovo je druga godina kako posecujemo ovaj hotel. U odnosu na cenu, prezadovoljni smo kvalitetom dobijenih usluga. Hotel je na dobroj poziciji, 5 minuta hoda od centra Studenac. Za skijase moguce je iz skijarnice ski putem kroz sumu doci do zicare, odakle vas cetvorosed vozi do Studenca. Apartmani su prostrani i cisti. Internet signal cesto bude veoma slab da se ne moze koristiti, to je jedina zamerka koju imamo. Osoblje je veoma ljubazno i stoji vam na raspolaganju.

Здравейте,
За 2-ри път бяхме в хотела. Всичко беше добре с изключение на СПА центъра. Работното му време е от 10-21ч - следва да е готово за ползване, а не тепърва да загряват парната баня, сауната или да се чисти басейна. Реално отварянето е след 1 час - времето необходимо на персонала да подготви съоръженията за ползване.
Другата ми забележка по отношение на СПА центъра е липсата на цена за деца - няма как децата да са на цената на възрастен при положение, че те не могат да стоят повече от 10 мин и то само в джакузито, тъй като сауната и парната баня не са препоръчителни до определена възраст.
Имам препоръка и да предвидите закупуване на ски карти на преференциални цени за гостите на хотела при престой над 3 дни.
Иначе - вече съм ви препоръчала на много от приятелите си, които карат ски и 3 от семействата ще дойдат - имат резервации от 12 и 13.02.
Ние самите пак бихме дошли в края на сезона, ако все още има сняг :-)

Нямам представа как този хотел се е сдобил с четири звезди, но с опита на човек който пътува постоянно и прекарва повечето време в различни хотели, бих казала че раздавачите на звезди трябва да помислят още веднъж.
А като човек, който е тръгнал с очакването да прекара новогодишните празници в хубав български хотел бих казала , че е бях разочарована зашото:
1. При резервация направена още в началото на август, първоначално бях настанена в апатамент за инвалиди, без балкон, на 3 нива под рецепцията, нямаща нищо общо с картинката в интернет сайта, защото, по обясненията на рецепционистката, други свободни нямало. След отказ от моя страна да остана в този апартамент, бях настанена в друг, този път само на едно ниво под рецепциаята, с красив изглед към един насип.
2. Абсолютно неефективна работа на рецепцията. Огромен хотел с рецепцийка с един компютър и мудна работа на рецепционистките е изпитание за нервите на всеки гост на хотела.
3. Бойлер. Икономичен. След като се изкъпе един човек, другият чака 2 часа поне да се изкъпе с прилично топла вода.
4. Паркинг. Не знам колко коли побира но определено не и половината на броя на апартаментите.
5. Телефонът в стаята не работеше. Не го оправиха 6 дни.
Не искам да продължавам. След три посещения на Ива и Елена, решихме за разнообразие да посетим друг добър хотел. Сгрешихме и няма да повторим.

В отеле понравилось все, нет ни одного нарекания. Чисто, удобное расположение, отличный персонал, замечательно оборудован кухонный уголок, тепло, уютно.
Для катания на лыжах все предусмотрено и оборудовано - ски депо, где можно взять напрокат оборудование и хранить свое, взять напрокат санки, снегокаты для детей. Для детей есть игровые площадки и на улице, и в помещении. Для нас это было актуально. Ресторан приспособлен для семей с детьми-нам с двумя детьми 3 г и 7 мес меню и качество приготовления еды понравилось. в качестве пожелания - хотелось бы от персонала отеля услышать больше информации (в случае необходимости) о ближайших магазинах и аптеках. Нам это было нужно, приходилось искать все самим.

Comfortable and quiet, yet staff need to give better attention to details. No top up of toiletries or disposal of empty ones. Rather than focusing on changing towels and bedsheets, general cleaning of the apartment can be improved. I spotted dirt on the floor the first day I walked in and it stayed there until the 7th day!!

Mi smo troclana porodica, sa malom bebom. S obzirom na cenu koju smo platili mi smo prezadovoljni sa hotelom. Higijena je na visokom nivou, svakog dana se ciste sobe, kupatilo, menjaju peskiri, a jednom u toku boravka nam je zamenjena posteljina. Apartman je veoma prostran i lepo opremljen. Kuhinja ja takodje super opremmljena, bukvalno imate od vadicepa, preko case za vino do tostera, aparata za kavu, caj itd. Imate sav potreban pribor. Jedino kuhinja nema rernu, ali to menja mikrotalasna pecnica. Grejanje je vise nego dobro, u celom hotelu je ista temperatura, tako da neretko mozete sresti goste u kupacem kostimu u liftu :)) U sobama imate kablovski internet koji je odlican i wi fi ciji je signal ponekad los, ali zadoovoljavajuci. U hoteskoj skijarnici imate veoma dobru opremu za iznajmljivanje. Takodje hotel poseduje podzemnu garazu na dva nivoa. Bazen u hotelu je besplatal, ali se SPA CENTAR (DJAKUZI, TURSKO KUPATILO I SAUNA) PLACAJU, IAKO NA SAJTU HOTELA PISE DA JE BESPLATNO. Hrana u hotelu je takkodje odlicna. Za decu do 6 godina je besplatno, od 6 do 13 se placa umanjeno, a preko 13 placaju kao odrasli. Pa tako isti aparmtan vam moze ispasti 300, a moze i preko 450e, to je neka politika hotela.
U svakom slucaju svaka preporuka za ovaj hotel, opravdali su nasa ocekivanja i vise nego sto smo se nadali.

Питание на завтраке было скудным и однообразным - очень мало овощей, нет каши, нет соков. Трудно питаться вегетарианцам.
В остальном все понравилось

Уютный и просторный номер, приветливый персонал, многие говорят по-русски, ежедневная уборка, неплохой выбор блюд и хорошее качество продуктов в ресторане и барбекю. Приятная атмосфера, много детей разного возраста.

This hotel is very nice close to the slopes but a bit far from the town. Couldn't really fault it. Food was Ok Apartment are very good and staff are very pleasant and speak good english

чудесен хотел.в близост до пистите,което позволява и нощно каране на ски; изключително любезен персонал;чистота както в апартаментите така и в общите части; топло и уютно с възможност да си запалиш и камина; храната е добра. посещаваме от години пампорово и сме отсядали в различни хотели, но комплекс камелия ни спечели и отново бихме отседнали в него.

На вниманието на собствениците на Камелиа Пампорово!СПА-центъра е абсолютна имитациа!Повредени Душове,Липса на гореща вода,Джакузито за трима се зарежда с маркуч от душовете и не работи.От 10.00 до 17.00 часа СПА е в профилактика! В апартаментите Столовете ,Масите с повредени крака.Всичко е използвано,не поддържано-Време за оценка от 22.10. до26.10.2012г.
