Unfortunately the hotel is noisy. Some of the staff such as those at Reception are very friendly, as are the staff at the A La'Carte Restaurant. However they are let down by the staff at Breakfast - who are rude and miserable.

I will recomend my friend. Location and food of hotel is very good. Only problem is that there is no internet connection and staff do not know english.

This hotel is next to the lifts at Studentitz. It is well run and friendly. The rooms particularly in the older part of the hotel are really nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful particularly in the restaurant. My one negative comment is that the buffet breakfast is below the standard of the rest of the hotel. On the other hand the food in the evening in the restauarnat is probably the best in Pamporovo.
