Nice hotel but compared to other 5* around the world it falls a bit short.

We had a transfer arranged at 15.00 and when I asked if we could leave the room at 13.00 - 13.30 in order to offer a half day ski to our 8years old daughter we got a straight NO even though our room was never cleaned before 15.00 the previous days. Thus we had to skip ski and stay in the Hotel.

Very friendly staff.

Great hotel overall. Excellent service, helpful and professional staff, clean and comfortable rooms, very good spa with swimming pool. If you asked me which is the best hotel in Bansko i would say it is Premier.

If we need to rank this hotel, we will give it deservedly 5 stars. Spa and pool facilities are great, rooms are spacious and the staff is very hospitable. However, Bansko resort should abolish construction works as the resort is rapidly becoming too overbuilt...

This hotel has met our expectations. Wwe have read plenty of comments with respect to Bansko hotels and standard of service, but I can proudly admit that we /me and my wife/ were fully satisfied with this hotel. It worths every single pound as it offers the finest amenties and the leisure is guaranteed!
