Very nice hotel, clean rooms with good spa facilities.
They are offering shuttle bus to the slopes.
Staff should know more english because was poor and not everyone could understand your needs, apart from that we really enjoyed our stay.

Êàòî öÿëî íå ñúì äîâîëíà îò õîòåëà, òúé êàòî ïúðâî áàñåéíúò íÿìàøå íèùî îáùî ñúñ ñíèìêèòå, êîèòî ñà â ñàéòà, à å 5 ïúòè ïî-ìàëúê è âòîðî õðàíàòà áåøå åäíîòèïíà è íåêà÷åñòâåíà. Íÿìà íèêàêâè çàáàâëåíèÿ çà ìëàäè õîðà. Äàæå íàïóñíàõ õîòåëà åäèí äåí ïî-ðàíî îò ïðåäâèäåíîòî. Íå áèõ ãî ïðåïîðú÷àë íà íèêîé.

The room was good and big enough; clean and quiet; the only issue was that the receptionist wasn't able to talk English...

Am stat 3 zile in acest hotel si ca parere generala a fost ok.
Mancarea a fost destul de diversificata, camerele mari si curate, singurul inconvenient ar fi distanta mare fata de statiune, partie si prea putine (2- la 08 si la 10) curse ofrite de autocarul hotelului la partie.

Inadmissible staff. It is not possible in a 4 * to use plastic glasses at dinner! Sheets and towels are dirty! In one of the rooms was passing the pipe of the fireplace, making terrible noise. I think because as a company you are serious, you need to block these from your services. Not going to go back to Green Wood even if it is ... free!

Äîâîëíè ñìå îò ïî÷èâêàòà ñè â Õîòåë Ãðèéí Óä. Ìèñëèì ÷å àêî ñå ïîñòàðàÿò äà ïðåäëàãàò êà÷åñòâåíà õðàíà, ùå èìàò ìíîãî ëîÿëíè êëèåíòè çà â áúäåùå. Íèå áÿõìå ñàìî ñúñ çàêóñêà. Õðàíàòà áåøå âúçìîæíî íàé-íèñêîòî êà÷åñòâî è áåøå î÷åáèéíî, äàæå ãè èçëàãàøå è òîâà íå å äîïóñòèìî çà åäèí íîâ õîòåë. Äîáðå ÷å íå áÿõìå èçáðàëè îïöèÿòà all inclusive.
